I wish I never purchased this 3 year warranty. I purchased it for my ********* refrigerator and my refrigerator had to be replaced by whirlpool because it was still under the 5 yr warranty and not able to be fixed. They advised me to call aig & cancel the warranty to get my money back for the remainder of the warranty. I called & canceled it & now almost 2 mths later I am still fighting with them to get my refund. They are telling me today per my contract I will not get a refund now because they paid me for my food loss. They only owe me $150.00 per my understanding. They are calling me & arguing with me about it & giving me attitude. DO NOT USE AIG for any warranty.

This company has been horrible to work with. Our washing machine, purchased in 2020 has had to be repaired 4 times in 8 months, and 6 times in a year and a half. Each time we have had to wait 2-3 weeks, with no working washing machine, for a technician to come fix it. AIG refuses to deem it “non-reparable” or a “lemon”, so we are stuck with a broken washing machine every 3 months and waiting weeks for it to be repaired. I will never do business with this company again and I suggest others save their money and find a warranty company that won’t waste your time and money.

I wished I never purchased this contract. I can’t get anyon the phone to address a simple issue and I’m frustrated close to pissed off. This company took my money and you sit on hold forever and a day and get no call back. I’m gonna call my credit card company to see if I can get my $200+ refunded.

Be advised not to purchase AGI extended warranty. It is like a fraud and a scam when it is needed. I purchased 5 years extended warranty for all my appliances. My dryer stop drying clothes even after running it so many times. I called for AGI service and we went back and forth for about 3 months. The situation was never resolved, meaning you will be paying them for doing nothing and inconvenienting your home if you rely on them on your appliances.

I purchased an extended warranty for my washer. The warranty covers all functionality of the washer, service and technician visits, 100%. Two technicians have been to my home on three different occasions; my washer still does not drain the water. We have now taken the washer to a local, reputable repair facility for another opinion. The problem has been diagnosed. The service company AIG has sent told me on the last visit, if they send another technician and it is the "same issue", they will charge me for the visit. However, AIG says I should not be charged for the visit. Neither company is being helpful.

if i could give negative 10 stars, i would without hesitation. my less than 4 year old LG C9 OLED went dead on 8/6/23. a tech came out 8/11/23 and found that two boards were blown because the panel likely has a short in it. i was told by LG on 8/14/23 that due to parts being on backorder with no ETS and the lack of cost efficiency that replacing the panel would be, that they will either refund or replace the dead dud of a set. having heard nothing else for a week, I called back. no record of anything, they basically want me to take more time off so another tech can come out and tell us what we already know, since somehow the original claim got mysteriously closed with no resolution. basically every time i call it is like day 1, the woman who has been emailing me is basically sending me the same email every day. i think that LG and AiG/ServiceNet are just hoping I just decide it's not worth the trouble of being caught up in a daily repetitive regurgitation of the same exact scripted back and forth. an absolute nightmare to deal with. i would advise to think twice about purchasing an LG product and most certainly not even bother with the extended warranty if serviced by AIG/ServiceNet as the whole experience is an absolute farce.

If could give zero stars I would. Three days trying to contact AIG for service no response. Called Whirlpool HQ was a waste of time. Wrote the Michigan BBB all lip service. Finally got a call back from AIG and explained the I could not get a hold of them. They assured me that the communication system was working and I must have called the wrong number. In the end call a local service repair to get my issued fixed.

0 STARS REALLY! Bought Kitchen Aid DW, 5.2020; exchanged Best Buy Service Contract for KA "BETTER" offer in mail. Was never shown contract before signing up on phone line. Turned out AIG was servicer and after 2 yrs trying to get help with door gasket, was told they had no one to perform my service in my area. In Contract, small print, they would buy out my 2 year old DW for 75% of purchase price!!! Had to take it as DW broke! STILL get ads from KA for "great offer" service contract on-line and in mail AND with different Service Contract prices on different offers! This feels like a scam to me. Have searched for Class Action suits vs KA, AND AIG. CAN'T FIND ONE. THERE SHOULD BE ONE!

If I could give less than one star I would. I have gotten nothing but the runaround with them. My refrigerator was less than a year old when I had to call for service. Now that the warranty is under the extended plan, I can’t get anyone out here to fix it. I am now going on two months with still no repair. Never never never buy this extended warranty! You are basically just giving them free money.
