      IM ON MY 9TH JASPER TRANAMISSION 2008 f250 6.4l, ALL were WARRANTIED AND THE NEW TRANSMISSION HAS LESS THAN 4K ON IT AND NO REVERSE AND EVERY GEAR IS FORWARD. JASPER IS UNHELPFULL AND DIDNT GIVE ME A WARRANTY FOR THE NEW trans and will not help

      We have installed roughly 6 or 7 Jasper products ( Engines, Transmissions, and Differentials) in the past 8 years. Out of those, only 1 product has actually lasted. All of the others have had to be replaced a second time. The majority of those times, we had to jump through hoops just to get them warrantied. We now refuse to install Jasper products. This company may have made quality products back in the day, but now it is a horrible remanufacturer that is riding on the reputation of what it once was. If they were a newer start-up, they wouldn't have lasted more than a few years.

      WELL JASPER ENGINES SUCKS. 4076 MILES ON A NEW ENGINE AND IT THROWS A ROD. THEY SAY OH WELL. ITS OUT OF WARRANTY. I'LL NEVER BUY ANOTHER PRODUCT FROM THIS " AMERICAN MADE" COMPANY. PAY MORE. SHOP LOCAL AT LEAST YOU CAN LOOK SOMEONE IN THE EYES WHEN THEY SCREW YOU!!!!!!! .

      had a remanufactured 5.4 motor put in truck upon picking it up on first start lifters starting tapping,mechanic dell auto who installed motor try to tell me it was normal,2000 break in period and truck would run smooth and quiet,they kept blowing me off. took it to sheffield auto they replaced drivers side lifters,4 days later drivers side started tapping.sent motor back to jasper,they sent a replacement now having same problems with lifters after 400 miles.they are refusing to cover labor cost for removal of old motor and installation of new motor which has same lifterissues as first motor.

      Bought a 2014 Cummins with a 68rfe , only had maybe 20k miles when I took ownership of the truck, always squelched into 5th and 6th gear ( common known slipping/distorted overdrive clutch pack) I called , they "documented" the issue , fast forward another 20-25k miles, lost 5th and 6th gear, took it to a shop I trust , they tried bargaining with the warranty as it was 21 days over the 3 year period even though I documented existing conditions , I was told a hard no , on my own. Jasper blows. No offer to pay for parts or anything, i local shop in town is willing to fix jaspers trash they rigged together out of my pocket. Might do it myself, if jasper can half *** it, I can do a better job myself .
