      STAY AWAY! We have used Jasper engine a few times and have always had an issue. Our last transmission we got from them never worked properly and instead of sending us a new one as stated in the warranty they gave us the run around and made us spend our money out of pocket to try and "fix" the issue. After getting a case # we were told if we sent them the bill with the case # it would get paid. This started in January 2022. Here we are in 2023, not able to get in contact with anyone and out of pocket for labor and parts and still dealing with transmission issues.

      IM ON MY 9TH JASPER TRANAMISSION 2008 f250 6.4l, ALL were WARRANTIED AND THE NEW TRANSMISSION HAS LESS THAN 4K ON IT AND NO REVERSE AND EVERY GEAR IS FORWARD. JASPER IS UNHELPFULL AND DIDNT GIVE ME A WARRANTY FOR THE NEW trans and will not help

      We have installed roughly 6 or 7 Jasper products ( Engines, Transmissions, and Differentials) in the past 8 years. Out of those, only 1 product has actually lasted. All of the others have had to be replaced a second time. The majority of those times, we had to jump through hoops just to get them warrantied. We now refuse to install Jasper products. This company may have made quality products back in the day, but now it is a horrible remanufacturer that is riding on the reputation of what it once was. If they were a newer start-up, they wouldn't have lasted more than a few years.
