    I am pleased with the Wilmoth response to grooming a tree in the yard. It was hindering the enjoyment of the outdoor decking area due to the enormous number of birds. Also, the scheduled maintenance per the **** system also has its benefits per costs and performance...it's the little things.

    PSA: Do NOT use Wilmoth Group for your own personal ***************** My Wilmoth Group experience has been absolutely deplorable, they rent uninhabitable homes - electricity 7 outlets didnt work for 9 days including the stove & still needs fixed as the heater isnt connected; no hot for 4 days; raw sewage backing up for 12 ************* leaking for 30 days into basement, all storage spaces: cabinets and closets have mold, dead roaches & live roaches, mouse/rat ************** deep cracks & peeling / chipping paint, windows that dont secure and dont fit the frames, hole in basement structure that allows ***************** to enter, walls buckling, floors have weak spots and dips, the tub is going to fall through the floor, etc, etc, etc. Wilmoth reply at 1st was always saying that theyre waiting to hear from the owners when timetables are requested, ignore the facts provided, lock you out from their system for maintenance request and apply a bandaid to the rental in hopes you will accept it! Currently have had NO HEAT during these 4 days of 30,40&50* temperatures! Made a ****** review yesterday after not being able to reach Wilmoth Group including texting & a call to Jennifers cell; with no response's! Today maintenance showed up to have a look, he wasnt able to fix heater, took a few pictures and said *************** will come out. Lets see how long this takes because even if you fix the heater, ************ to the outside and lack of any weatherproofing makes this house inadequate for heating and cooling! **** N ***** is Uninhabitable!!

    We are so sorry that you have filed this review with the BBB. We really do not want to detail the reasons this situation is occurring but leave it to the simple fact that an unauthorized occupant is either refusing to let our vendors on the property, or are scaring them off when they arrive. We have tried very hard to address the issues. This was a ************** and we are anxious to find resolution. The situation for our technicians and vendors needs to be different to enable us to respond in the timely manner you were previously accustomed to.A couple of important facts to add. The furnace was repaired within 24 hours of being notified that there was an issue. We do have a bid in our system to address all concerns, which we are working with the owner to get approved and completed. The repairs would be completed by now if it was not for the issues with have encountered when trying to schedule, or even show up for appointments. Hopefully this response will cause the tenant to take action that will correct these problems, allowing us to address all other non-emergency issued.
