    Well, I thought I was going to be with you guys a little longer. After renewing for another year, I got an email from ***************************** to come and sign a 6month lease and got to move after that. Nothing was said to me if I was alright with that, and ******************** said nothing he could do about it. So I guess I got to hit the road. My time with Wilmoth was an absolute pleasure. Everything was taken care of in a timely manner, maintenance was friendly and professional, Management was friendly and professional, and solutions were applied appropriately, and promptly.Gonna miss the old apartment. One of the best residences I had since I moved to Indy 10 years ago. I would move into another unit managed by Wilmoth in a heartbeat. I can't make sense out of the sudden change of plans. I didn't socialize with my neighbors, I'm guessing that's why I got to hit the road. It was a real experience, and I learned a valuable ****** about living around people who don't want my kind around. Communication was great in the beginning, but then one hand stopped washing the other, and relations had to come to an abrupt end. It is sad to have to go, but, like they say, All good things must come to an end. Now, back to the old drawing board, to find a place that's managed by top-notch superstars. Which is difficult to do in a land infested with slumlords. Wilmoth raised the bar as far as I am concerned. THANK YOU.

    I think I have called them so many times about any random issue I've had from trash cans to making sure everything is in order and they handle everything well. Its a wonderful place we live in and the fact we can pay online makes it all easier too. Im thankful for them.

    The Lady that runs the Office is always so kind and always helpful. She is patient and will try to answer your questions throughly.... the Lady that answers your maintenance request is always nice and patient in solving your maintenance needs.
