      This company deliberately messes up insurance billing in order to force patients to pay the entire balance owed which is a jacked up amount. They lied on the bill that was sent to me. It said my insurance was denied because I was covered; ie. I had no insurance. They asked for my insurance information and sent Mr the exact same bill a week later.The insurance covered my ER visit. There is no reason that they would not cover the examining physician. Unscrupulous and fraudulent billing practices.

      Medical Associates LLP sold off my medical debt to RMP, LLC, a debt collection agency, without my consent per the ************************************ and without the opportunity to set up a payment plan with their billing department. Medical Associates LLP has its own billing department to handle medical debt. I seek to have my medical debt returned to Medical Associates LLP from RMP, LLC and for RMP, LLC to have the medical debt recalled from my credit report immediately.
