      I was seen at the ****************************** on Nov 4th, 2024. I was billed ******** but they are not billing my ************************************* They are billing only my ******************** This results in a denial - which correctly tells them to ********************** first. I have contacted them on their website repeatedly, and have spoken to them on the phone repeatedly, but they just keep sending the the same denial from my ******************** I don't know what else I can do.

      I have had several medical bills racking up. I just started getting used to getting them via text message and received one from this company with which I haven't done business first hand, but know that some places use secondary companies for their billing. How they got the information from a recent visit to the er, I don't know, but I paid the balance thinking it was valid and now realize it is not after receiving the actual bill and not reflecting the payment. I need that money for legitimate medical bills and these people are taking money from people who don't have it to spare.

      This company has been illegally harassing me sending me fake bills for a hospital service that I received back in February. I am on ******** and everyone knows that ******** will back pay all recipient bills, but this company illegally and fraudulently insists that I must pay the bill, personally. This is ILLEGAL. ******** back pays all bills regardless of whether the insurer had ******** at the time or not, which I did. They think they can take advantage of poor people, but I know better that they should not be sending me any bills. Furthermore, I have contacted the hospital billing department and no such bill exists and ******** had paid up all legitimate bills. My next move is a lawyer if they don't stop harassing me....
