              This company was paid by my insurance. After insurance payment, my deductible was $15.51, which I paid. They still keep sending me bills with late fees and I have been told they sent my name to collections, even though we contacted them twice and told them the specific amount the insurance company paid them. They did not attempt to resolve the issue or look for the payment. They expect that I take time of my day to contact the insurance company because their staff is too lazy to do their job (collecting their own money), I have done my share, which is to pay my co-pay. Even though I contacted them and told about the issue (which they said they were going to investigate and get to me) they went on, without attempting to contact me, to send my name to collections (heard this from their staff over the phone). Scammy business trying to pocket insurance and patient's money.

              Medical Associates LLP sold off my medical debt to RMP, LLC, a debt collection agency, without my consent per the ************************************ and without the opportunity to set up a payment plan with their billing department. Medical Associates LLP has its own billing department to handle medical debt. I seek to have my medical debt returned to Medical Associates LLP from RMP, LLC and for RMP, LLC to have the medical debt recalled from my credit report immediately.
