    Placed an order on 8/3/2025. For a pre workout powder. Received a shipment notice email on 8/7/2025. However the tracking number shows never shipped. Label created. I have messaged via chat and once via email to no reply. To date I never received the powder.

    I ordered an item on 08/4 and received an update that the shipping label was created but received no further updates. I contacted their support 3 times and received no reply.

    I only received half of my order. I have reached out to Nutrastop by Text message, voicemail, and email, per instructions given on their website to reach customer service. I have not received any response from them in any form, and the the other half of my order has not arrived. I would really like some feedback or my money back for the other half of my order, that was NOT shipped.

    Order Number: #********** Date of Purchase: August 6, 2025 Complaint Details:I purchased a supplement (pre-workout) from Nutrastop on August 6, 2025. Upon trying it, the taste made me sick. I reached out immediately to inquire about their advertised 30-day money-back guarantee if the product is at least 90% full. I also stated I would be fine with simply exchanging it rather than a refund.Since then, I have:Sent multiple emails (August 8 and August 11, 2025) with no response.Texted the company at ************** (August 14 and August 15, 2025) with no response.Attempted to call with no response.All messages were polite and simply asked for clarification on the return or exchange process. I have received no acknowledgment at all.

    I ordered a supplement from NutraStop on July 28th. It is now August 13th, and I have not received any status updates from my order, but my credit card has been charged. I have made several attempts (at a minimum of four) to contact the company (via chat, text, and email) to inquire about the expected fulfillment and shipping date, with no success.

    I placed an order with the company, contacted them about the problems with shipping and received a response. When package was received it was the wrong product. Tried contacting the company through text, email, and phone to request a refund. No response.

    Order was placed 2 months ago. When the order was late by a couple days I reached out to chat with their support. No communication for a couple days when they finally texted and said they had everything ready to ship except for one item and that it should be ready the next day. Over a month later the order still had not been given to *** and no one will reach out to me after putting in several chat requests with their automated chat.

    Purchased pre-workout tub Saturday, July 5th. Order said shipped July 8th. **** claims to not have received the package. I am seeking a refund for an unfulfilled order and an apology for the waste of time this company has been.

    I was billed on June 24, 2025 for a supplement that was never shipped. I eventually canceled the order but was still billed. Company will not respond back to me. Ive left 3 emails and texted their customer support number with no response.

    I order some SLIN pills on 6/9 and today is 6/15. I was told my order would be here 6/14 and its still not here. I need to know what the h*** is going on wheres my order.

    Thank you for the opportunity to respond to this complaint.
    The customer placed their order on Sunday, June 9, 2024 at 10:42 PM. As a small business that operates and ships orders Monday through Friday, their order was processed and shipped the next business day, Monday, June 10 at 11:50 AM. Tracking began updating once the package was scanned by **** on Tuesday, June 11 at 10:17 AM. The tracking states that the order was successfully delivered June 16 at 2:22 PM. ***** tracking number: 9400111206240427467091)
    The customer selected **** First Class Mail, which is the most economical shipping option we offer. It does not include a guaranteed delivery timeframe, unlike our expedited shipping options. The package was delivered on Sunday, June 16 at 2:22 PM, which is within a reasonable window for **** First Class delivery.
    The customer contacted us by email three times on Sunday, June 15, which was a non-business day. We responded promptly during our normal business hours on Monday, June 16 at 4:01 PM, but did not receive any further reply from the customer. Its worth noting that this customer has successfully placed and received five previous orders with us.
    While we understand shipping delays can be frustrating, we fulfilled this order promptly, provided tracking, and met our stated policies for processing and responding to customer inquiries.
    We value this customers continued business and are always available to assist further if needed.
