    I placed an order with NutraStop during their labor day sale on 8/31/2025 and received an email confirming the order and a tracking number with ***** When I view the tracking, the status says "shipping label created". It has now been 2 weeks of that status not changing, so I reached out to NutraStop via their email support line and their text support. I did not receive a response to either message/inquiry.

    On August 12, 2025, I ordered pre-workout supplements from nutrastop expecting delivery of multiple tubs as specified in my purchase. The order arrived on August 16, but was incomplete, containing only one tub instead of the full quantity ordered. I immediately contacted the company through their text support and email support channels to address the issue. Despite multiple follow-up attempts, I have received no response from the company, leaving the matter unresolved. This lack of communication and failure to deliver the complete order has been highly frustrating, prompting me to file this complaint with the Better Business Bureau to seek a resolution.

    I never received product I bought. Label was created but product was never sent out. I contacted them, and no answer. I believe this business is fake and fraudulent. I requested money back, and nothing.

    I placed my order on 8/2/25 at 8:36 AM CST and received a confirmation email shortly after. However, I have not received any notification that the order has shipped. According to ***, a shipping label was created on 8/3/25, but the status continues to show that *** has not taken possession of the package.I reached out to ******************************** on 9/5/25 at 1:52 PM CST and have not received a reply. I also sent a text message on 9/8/25 at 1:55 PM CST but have yet to receive a response.Since I paid extra for *** insured and expedited shipping, I expected this order to be processed and shipped promptly. The lack of communication and action is concerning. Based on this experience, I cannot recommend doing business with this company, as it appears to put customers at risk of losing their hard-earned money.

    I purchased a supplement on August ****** and to this day August 2****** , it still says preparing shipment. It has not been shipped , *** contacted them via email, phone number , and I have not received an answer back on why my order is taking so long or if I can get a full refund .

    Placed an order on 8/3/2025. For a pre workout powder. Received a shipment notice email on 8/7/2025. However the tracking number shows never shipped. Label created. I have messaged via chat and once via email to no reply. To date I never received the powder.

    I ordered an item on 08/4 and received an update that the shipping label was created but received no further updates. I contacted their support 3 times and received no reply.

    I only received half of my order. I have reached out to Nutrastop by Text message, voicemail, and email, per instructions given on their website to reach customer service. I have not received any response from them in any form, and the the other half of my order has not arrived. I would really like some feedback or my money back for the other half of my order, that was NOT shipped.

    Order Number: #********** Date of Purchase: August 6, 2025 Complaint Details:I purchased a supplement (pre-workout) from Nutrastop on August 6, 2025. Upon trying it, the taste made me sick. I reached out immediately to inquire about their advertised 30-day money-back guarantee if the product is at least 90% full. I also stated I would be fine with simply exchanging it rather than a refund.Since then, I have:Sent multiple emails (August 8 and August 11, 2025) with no response.Texted the company at ************** (August 14 and August 15, 2025) with no response.Attempted to call with no response.All messages were polite and simply asked for clarification on the return or exchange process. I have received no acknowledgment at all.

    I ordered a supplement from NutraStop on July 28th. It is now August 13th, and I have not received any status updates from my order, but my credit card has been charged. I have made several attempts (at a minimum of four) to contact the company (via chat, text, and email) to inquire about the expected fulfillment and shipping date, with no success.
