I placed an order with NutraStop on October 1, 2025, totaling $100.66. The order shows a **** tracking number but the package has never been delivered. I have made multiple attempts to contact the business. The email address on their website bounces back as undeliverable. Their listed phone number is not answered, and they also do not respond to text messages as instructed. I have received no updates, no product, and no communication from the company. I am requesting a full refund and for this business to be reviewed for failure to provide goods and lack of customer support.Business Response

Our team reached out to the customer via phone call to discuss the issue surrounding their order directly. During the call, the customer mentioned their concerns and we immediately worked to resolve the matters at once. The customers original item ordered ended up going on backorder and they elected to receive an alternative product in place of it. The replacement order was shipped with an upgrade to 2nd day air shipping and included complimentary samples and a pill case. According to the carrier, the expedited shipment is scheduled for delivery today!

We sincerely apologize for the delay and lack of communication the customer experienced. We completely understand their concern regarding the lack of updates after placing their order.
We had anticipated our incoming shipment would arrive in time to fulfill this order promptly - however, an unexpected delay in our supplier's delivery caused a longer fulfillment time than expected. Once the delivery issue was sorted out and the stock was received successfully, the order was immediately processed and shipped with tracking confirmation that it was delivered.
We regret the inconvenience caused and are taking steps to train new hires to improve our communication and inventory updates during delays. We greatly appreciate the customer's patience and understanding! A refund has been processed for the customer's paid shipping expense as well!

Ordered 04 September and here we are in October and i have not received my package. From 06 Sept to now I have emailed them repeatedly. Tracking status says label created. According to the trend identified here, why is this site legally left up to operate and fraud people. This is shameful. I'm active duty military and have taken steps to report this to ***. We sincerely apologize for the customer's experience and the delay in receiving their order. We fully understand their frustration.
The customer's order was placed shortly after one of the flavors became unavailable, resulting in a delay. Under normal circumstances, our team would have reached out promptly (typically within ***** hours) to notify the customer and offer alternatives. However, during this time we were experiencing a severe staffing shortage that we have been actively resolving. We have been training new hires to help restore and improve operations, but this has regrettably caused delays in communication.
We want to clarify that our company is not fraudulent and that we take all customer orders and concerns very seriously. The order in questions has since been fulfilled and delivered, with tracking information and delivery confirmation provided by the carrier.
We sincerely regret the delay and lack of communication and extend our appreciation to the customer for their patience. We are working to implement additional support measures to prevent such extended delays from occurring. To further express our apologies, a partial refund has been completed in the amount of $13.97

I placed an order with NutraStop during their labor day sale on 8/31/2025 and received an email confirming the order and a tracking number with ***** When I view the tracking, the status says "shipping label created". It has now been 2 weeks of that status not changing, so I reached out to NutraStop via their email support line and their text support. On August 12, 2025, I ordered pre-workout supplements from nutrastop expecting delivery of multiple tubs as specified in my purchase. The order arrived on August 16, but was incomplete, containing only one tub instead of the full quantity ordered. I immediately contacted the company through their text support and email support channels to address the issue. Despite multiple follow-up attempts, I have received no response from the company, leaving the matter unresolved. This lack of communication and failure to deliver the complete order has been highly frustrating, prompting me to file this complaint with the Better Business Bureau to seek a resolution.Initial Complaint

I never received product I bought. Label was created but product was never sent out. I contacted them, and no answer. I believe this business is fake and fraudulent. I requested money back, and nothing.
