    I order some SLIN pills on 6/9 and today is 6/15. I was told my order would be here 6/14 and its still not here. I need to know what the h*** is going on wheres my order.

    Thank you for the opportunity to respond to this complaint.
    The customer placed their order on Sunday, June 9, 2024 at 10:42 PM. As a small business that operates and ships orders Monday through Friday, their order was processed and shipped the next business day, Monday, June 10 at 11:50 AM. Tracking began updating once the package was scanned by **** on Tuesday, June 11 at 10:17 AM. The tracking states that the order was successfully delivered June 16 at 2:22 PM. ***** tracking number: 9400111206240427467091)
    The customer selected **** First Class Mail, which is the most economical shipping option we offer. It does not include a guaranteed delivery timeframe, unlike our expedited shipping options. The package was delivered on Sunday, June 16 at 2:22 PM, which is within a reasonable window for **** First Class delivery.
    The customer contacted us by email three times on Sunday, June 15, which was a non-business day. We responded promptly during our normal business hours on Monday, June 16 at 4:01 PM, but did not receive any further reply from the customer. Its worth noting that this customer has successfully placed and received five previous orders with us.
    While we understand shipping delays can be frustrating, we fulfilled this order promptly, provided tracking, and met our stated policies for processing and responding to customer inquiries.
    We value this customers continued business and are always available to assist further if needed.

    March 27 transaction I had made a order on nutrastop they had issues with few products so two times they asked if they could replace the products so i said yes i order this in march *********************************************************************************** my order ill take something else just fed up with this company i feel scamed.

    I ordered from this seller on April 20, 2025 and received an email saying my order is ready to be shipped and it's been "pending" with *** ever since. **************** has not replied to multiple emails or texts requesting my money back. I should have researched the seller better - this is a scam.

    I placed the order on April the 13 was sent tracking number on April 14 and the tracking shows shipping label created and no other updates. I contacted the nutrastop customer service through email and still no response. Would like to have my ordered delivered if not I would like a refund.

    I Ordered from this company on 3/6 did priority Shipping paid extra for it. Still have not received my product and we are on 4/9 paid for my product and nothing. I have tried to contact them every way possible and nothing. Tracking says label was created but nothing more. So very upset.

    On 03/29/25 a order was delivered, from NutraStop, that did not contain one of the products I had ordered and paid for.SKU: bslislovan Cost: $49.99 Order date: 03/14/25 They have not responded to any email, text, or support requests that have been sent.I provided all record of contact attempts.Also, there is a picture of the box (and it's contents) that was ************ is too small to have ever included all the items I ordered, which rules out any possibility of a false claim on my part.

    We sincerely apologize for the oversight and for the delay in our response regarding the mistake with Nicos (********) order.


    The customers order placed on March 14, 2025 was unfortunately missing one of the items: Blackstone Labs Isolation Protein. We understand how frustrating it must have been not to receive a complete order and not hear back promptly. We recently experienced staffing shortages that affected our ability to respond as quickly as we aim to and unfortunately had some unexpected complications arise that required immediate attention, and we are actively working to resolve that.


    After reviewing the customers concern, we have processed a new shipment containing the missing product. As a gesture of goodwill, weve also included a complimentary shaker cup and upgraded the shipping to expedited service to minimize any further inconvenience.

    i placed an order with nutrastop on 03/12/2025 for $153.65. a day later on 03/13/2025 i received an update that my order had shipped. a few days had gone by of continuously checking the **** tracking number i was provided to see the update still stuck on label created **** awaiting item i was sketched out so i looked up nutrastop reviews only to see what i had thought. a scam company that takes your money, doesnt ship, & will not respond to any communication. i reached out to nutrastop via chat, via the number it says to text, and via email with no response. this company should be sued to the fullest amount for every dollar they have ever made and it is mind boggling to me that they have not been. this business can not continue to exist. they take customers money, print a fake shipping label, & go ghost.

    I ordered and was charged for a product that I never received. I have contacted customer support and received no response. This is a fraudulent business.

    I ordered a product from this company 10 days ago when it was supposed to be delivered in roughly 8. The issue is, the tracking ID has stayed the same for a week, it was confirmed the 18th supposed to be delivered on the 21st and its said on the way since the 23rd it is now the 28th. *** reached out via email to this company, no response. I used their chat bot on the website to contact them, no response. I called the number but the voicemail is full. I texted the number, no response. Seemingly my order is gone AWOL and no one will respond via text, call, or email. Seems like a scam of a company and its a shame this is happening to multiple people it seems!

    We sincerely apologize for the delay and lack of communication the customer experienced.
    Their order was placed on March 18th and promptly shipped the same day via **** under tracking number **********************. Unfortunately, **** did not update the tracking status beyond the last update on March 23rd stating, In Transit to Next Facility, and the package has been delayed far beyond the expected delivery.

    We understand the customers frustration, especially with the lack of timely responses. During this period, we were facing some complications that required immediate attention in addition to being unexpectedly very short-staffed and unfortunately experienced slower-than-normal response times. We acknowledge this and are actively working to improve our customer support capacity moving forward.

    On April 3rd, after reviewing the situation, we submitted a **** Missing Mail Search Request (MRC 25 2075 1335) to help locate the package. The following day, April 4th, we issued a full refund to the customer as a resolution, with the understanding that if the package is eventually delivered, the customer would return it to us.

    We have since been in direct contact with the customer and hope that this resolution demonstrates our commitment to making things right. We appreciate their patience and again sincerely apologize for the inconvenience they experienced.

    I placed an order at the beginning of March I believe it was on the third. I have not received my order, I have not received a tracking number, nothing! The company with whom I have charged the product through is Affirm. I have texted Nutrastop two times and havent gotten or received any response.
