      When I purchased an electric RV fireplace on-line through Elkhart RV Parts' web site. Their web site indicated it was in stock, so Ii expected a fairly quick shipping and deliver. Soon after, I received an email with the *** shipping #. Weeks went by and I checked, *** tracking indicated they had yet to receive the item. I got an email from Elkhart RV Parts indicating it should have been delivered. I checked the *** tracking # and *** still had not received the item. I tried emailing and calling Elkhart RV Parts, but could not receive any response. More weeks went by and I filed a complaint with Paypal, their resolution of which is still pending. I checked reviews for this company and found many other people have had the same problem - they take your money and never deliver.

      On Nov 10th 2023 an order was placed for blinds. Our card was charged $111.91 on Nov 13 2023. We still have not received the part. We have contacted the company numerous times asking for a status through calls, emails and texts. We do not recieve a response back. We would like a refund. Thank you

      I purchased an item from Elkhart. They did not indicate the item was on backorder. Even though they do not have the item to ship they still charged my account. Now I have been unable the contact them or get them to credit my account.

      I ordered and paid for a replacement fireplace (Order #****) on Jan 25, 2024. A total of $275.81 was paid for the order. I have attempted at least four times by email and two times by phone to contact the business to find out the status of the order to no avail. I would like them either to indicate a shipping date/arrival date or refund my money.

      Cancelled order for rv fireplace insert. Initially there were 3 deductions from our account, 2 were returned after contacting our bank. Supplier has not responded to phone calls or emails.Supplier changed description of order to "lodging" and bank deducted $301.21 from our account. This is a deceitful business!, once they have your credit information will cheat and steal from you.

      Order #**** placed on February 6th. Have called them at least 10 times only getting voice mail. Have texted twice per their instructions but no response. Have chatted several times on their site but no response. Have emailed at least 6 times and no response. First I tried to learn status and tracking numbers now I just want my order cancelled. They charged my card the day I ordered February 6th but seems it was never shipped.

      Ordered a fresh water tank September 29, 2023, should of been delivered around November 2023. It is now February 20, 2024 Almost five months since order and no word from Elkhart. I have tried to contact them via, phone, text message, email, and chat on their website, for months with no reply. Their website now shows the tank I ordered available for shipping in two days, and stillno update on my order.

      Ordered an electric fireplace on 1-08-2024. It arrived a few weeks later. We did not even open the box bc when our *** driver went to hand the big package to my husband you could hear the shattered glass pieces rattling. So we declined the package and sent it back. I immediately tried calling this company to let them know. No answer. Left several voice mails. No returned call. I've since sent text and sent many emails stating the problem. At first I was fine with them sending a replacement. Not now. It's been over a month with ZERO communication. I want a refund. I have filed a dispute with PayPal. I can not believe this company is still in business after all the negative reviews online, here, and ********* This has to stop. We working people work hard for our money. Elkhart rv parts do the right thing and good things will come your way. Treating customers like this is NO WAY to run a business. I want my refund! This is the 1st company I've ever had to report. I sure didn't want to. But you all didn't give me a choice.

      I ordered an electric fireplace for my RV and the description said it was in stock. Once ordered i have not heard from the company and tried to get in touch with them concerning the order. I reached out by phone and email and have not heard back. I disputed the charge on my credit card, but they said they delivered the fireplace and did not provide a tracking number. I have still not received the part, a tracking number, or a response from the company so i am requesting that they refund my money. Order was placed on October 30, 2023.

      I ordered an electric fireplace online on November 21, 2023. My credit card was charged ******. After weeks of trying to find shipment tracking it finally arrived. It did not work. I immediately began trying to contact company. After multiple emails I received a shipping label to return fireplace. Last communication from Elkhart RV Parts was January 8, ****. I have sent multiple emails and my husband has left multiple VM messages asking about refund or replacement. No one returns any of our attempts. After reading reviews from the company ******** page, ****** and BBB reviews this is apparently a pattern for this company. I have read multiple stories identical to mine. No response ,and non working fireplaces. I would like to request my money back. After reading all the other reviews this company is apparently scamming people out of their money or just really poor customer service
