      In this day and time it is more important than ever to have a trustworthy vendor that will work with you. I mean not just the vendors that say they have a customer service department, but the ones that actually do have one. Elkhart RV is one of them that truly cares about their customers and takes the extra step to help. I am an example. One of three k**** I ordered for the range did not fit, the shaft was too long. They made it right and sent the replacement even after the allotted time in return policy was eclipsed. (I delayed installing the knobs.) It was easy to communicate via email and was efficient as well. The best customer service I have had in a very long time and would definitely recommend ordering from them.

      Had a hard time finding an item three hundred dollar stereo for my r.V.They happen to have it after reading all the negative reviews.I was kind of skeptical, but ended up getting the item.They were very communicative item was as described didn't even have to splice any wires plug and play completely fix my problem.which is a two thousand nineteen reflection by grand design we have had it 43 years.And the stereo has never *********'s been annoying to me.The previous owners could not even tell me why it wouldn't work come to find out.The stereo was burn out.I just installed it today.Just received it yesterday, and it works ************ all these bad reviews, I don't want to even pay attention to.They are under new management.I got what I paid for well worth the ********* we have music and what I ordered was **** 3300S.Highly recommend this company very professional ****** needs very thankful for it

      I read the bad reviews after I placed my order and was concerned. I also read about the change in management and focus on customer service. I emailed asking about my order and time to ship. The response was quick and helpful and the order arrived early. I would have no problem ordering from Elkhart RV Parts again. They actually exceeded my expectations. *****!

      Need a new water tank and a thermostat for my camper. They were able to get it out the door for me a few days after I placed my order. Very happy!! Will return for more parts ??

      Company is a **** did not fulfill order of 4 tanks, did mail 2 months later 1 damaged tank, credit card company sided with them because they had a tracking number said delivered, I had videos from the ring camera on how they only delivered 1 single tank unpackaged !! Broke from the connections HOPE THIS HELPS SOMEONE NOT GET SCAMMED.

      Ordered a item from them. They took payment, and then emailed and said that shipping was going from $65 to $450 and wanted to know if I wanted to keep order or cancel. I said cancel it. I have heard nothing from them after repeated contact attempts. I have disputed the charge with ****** and my credit card company. Waiting for resolution.

      I would give it a zero star if I could. Never fulfilled the order, tried calling For months every day multiple times a day. Left emails, voice messages, and post on ********* Never had a reply

      I wanted to purchase a part that they listed on there website but I had a question about it. I called and no one answered and in there VM recording they suggest to email and text for faster service. I did both and they never emailed or text back. **************** is non existent.
