  In late 2017, we had an entire house of windows installed by Bee, for a total of 21 windows. We did pay cash for the products and have had a front door installed by Bee. Their product may be good, but their customer service/follow-up is NOT!! We are now experiencing a leaking of cold air in the window over the sink to the extent we have shoved a washcloth into the space to partially stop the leak. After contacting Bee, we were told that it would cost us $275.00 for the first hour to have someone come to check this out, then $150.00 for each additional hour, PLUS parts to fix their seal! We feel this is quite excessive after our salesperson inferred a "lifetime warranty" of both windows and labor. We definitely would NOT recommend this company to anyone! We have had contact with the owner about another issue regarding the front door, and found him to be very rude, threatening, and/or non-responsive. Once they have the customers' $$$ that is the end of being customer friendly!

  We are so sorry to hear that you are disappointed with our follow-up service on the products we installed. While the warranty you have does cover any cost associated with the window parts and repair, after 2 years it does not cover the fee for labor. We sincerely apologize that this cost was not something you expected to incur.

  We do not have a problem with a reasonable labor service fee, but the amount of $275.00 for someone to just come to our home and check out the problem, then another $165 per hour for additional time, plus parts!! That is the issue!! Perhaps cut out some of the company advertising and lower the cost of follow up service to your customers!!

  The product might be fine, only time will tell. However, the service is not. To make a long story short, the saleswoman lied to me on more than one occasion & wouldn't return my calls when I needed her help, which resulted in having to take windows I didn't want. The person "in charge" was VERY rude and unprofessional. Also, while I was in ******* for nearly 6 weeks with my sister who was in the *** in one of the hospitals there, I was badgered to set an install date several times. I had no idea how long she would be there and she can not speak for herself so I had to be there with her. They told me if I didn't get the windows installed by a specific time then I would have to pay the balance owed beacuse they didn't have space to keep storing windows. I'm not sure how they thought paying the balance would free up space, but needless to say I refused to pay the balance at that time.

We certainly hope all is well with your sister and we are sorry for the family health crisis you experienced in November. I looked into your case and it does seem that we attempted to schedule your installation date from mid-September through mid-December. We are sorry that those months did not work, but we are pleased we were able to complete the project for you in December. Hopefully the install experience went smoothly and you are enjoying your new windows!

  This is my 3rd home where Ive installed Bee Windows and my first bathroom installment! All of the installers have been great. Clean and efficient. And beautiful quality products. I will always use Bee Window and will always recommend them!
