He stayed with me throughout the process and even texted me to let me know when to expect e-mails that would need my immediate attention. 5 stars!! 5 starsOf all the financial institutions I've dealt with over the years I must say Inova has the best employees by far. It is always a pleasure dealing with the staff especially my favorite of all times, *********************** in the Michigan city office, and ********************* a Deposit Specialist. ***** and a co-worker stayed overtime on a Friday night to resolve an issue with my *** that was caused by a system malfunction. I could go on and on but to sum it up Inova really cares about its customers and always goes above and beyond to satisfy them. You won't get this kind of service in a big bank.INOVA Federal Credit Union
