5 starsI was having issues with making a transfer and ******* ****** was soo helpful with assisting me in the matter. She wasnt able to identify what was causing the issue, so she contacted IT to assist and stayed on the line with both IT and me while they worked on the issue. Once she got word that the issue should be resolved she stayed on the phone with me to ensure that I was able to make the transfer. I truly appreciate ******* going above and beyond to ensure I was taking care of. ******* customer service!!INOVA Federal Credit Union
