5 starsI called ******** ***** at Inova Federal Credit Union about a charge that I didn't approve which caused my account to overdraft. She was very pleasant and helpful. Inova was kind enough to reverse the overdraft fee for me since I've been a customer for many years and have never had an overdraft. They did not have to do that since the overdraft was not there fault. Thank you Inova for all you do.INOVA Federal Credit Union

5 stars******* was fast, efficient, was able to find the information that was needed in order to do my transfer and she did it for me and it took probably less time than it would've taken if I would've been able to talk directly to the Branch. And she called me back, timely. It was a great experience. I really do like I know the bank they do bend over backwards to accommodate their clients when there are special and extenuating circumstances.
