I purchased the REMOVEDProfessional software online from NeoSmart Technologies on January 21, 2026. I paid $59.99 using REMOVED. Since then, I have sent 4 emails, beginning on January 21 (the day I purchased and installed it), requesting support. Ive never received a response except one automated reply saying that someone from support would get back to me. I wrote 3 more emails after the first one, all between January REMOVEDand I used the support email address for all of these requests, however no-one ever responded. On January 27 I wrote an email to the sales department REMOVEDper their online refund instructions) and asked for a full refund for $59.99. This software is advertised on the business's web site with this guarantee: "Fixes your PC. Guaranteed." But unfortunately, this software has not worked for me. I have attempted numerous times to use the automatic repair feature. I get an error message in red every time telling me that my hard drive cannot be found (even though my hard drive is there), then it says Aborting and then the attempted repair process stops. I purchased the "EasyRE Windows 10 Recovery Disc" from NeoSmart Technologies through their official website. My order ID is REMOVEDand I paid $40 using my REMOVEDcard.The product was marketed as an automatic recovery tool that could fix Windows boot problems, specifically issues like error 0xc0000001. I followed all instructions carefully, used the tool multiple times, and it failed completely to repair my system.After the failure, I reached out to both their support and sales teams multiple times via email, but received absolutely no response.I am an international customer, and I feel that I was misled by the advertising and left without support.
