1 starThis location was recommended by USAA Automobile Insurance and indicated that this location would provide an estimate whether I had my car repaired there are not.
Now that I have read the reviews, (1.45 out of 5) I certainly would not have taken my car to this location.
The Insurance Rep. called and has not been called back, and I have called several times and no one will answer the telephone,Crash Champions, LLC

1 starI had some work done at the ************, ** location and at the time it was called Service King. When I went to pick up my car, the windshield was cracked all the way across and they tried to tell me it was my fault due to a chip in the windshield. Had to argue and threaten them to have my windshield replaced. Once replaced, I took my car back 3 times to have them get the sensors programed and even then it wasn't done correctly. Had to take it to a dealership to get it programed correctly. Cost me $240.00. I feel Service King should repay me the $240 and I have been trying to reach the ******************** (******), but she won't return my calls. My next call is to my insurance company who recommended Service King and maybe to an attorney, because if they have done this to me then chances are they have done it to other people. DO NOT USE THIS FACILITY!!!!Crash Champions, LLC

1 starMonday Oct 3, 2022 Crash Champions provided estimate (approx $3000), and said repair would require 6 days, starting Oct 26. They called a day or 2 prior to 26th, and pushed my repair back to Nov 7. They called a day or 2 prior to Nov 7 and said they couldnt start until Dec 20. I told them I needed the car over Christmas holidays, so they scheduled me for *** 9.*** 9, 2023 Dropped car off for repair.Tuesday *** 10, 2023 They called to inform me that they were backed up and would not be able to start my repair for a couple of days. I reminded them that I had been pushed back several times, and had been waiting since October. I asked for consideration for my wait, and asked to have some priority assigned to my repair. They were unwilling to expedite my repair. We discussed the nature of the repair, and agreed that hidden damage, and therefore delays were unlikely. Starting 2 days late and allowing 6 days for the work, the job should take 8 days from drop-off. I agreed to let them do the repair.Thursday *** 12, ****************************************************************************************** the original estimate, and that I would be charged an additional $1500. I canceled my repair request, and picked up my car the next day.General comments: I waited from October to ***uary for them to start. After waiting nearly 3 months, they were unwilling to expedite my job. I felt as though I were a problem for Crash Champions, rather than a customer. Then they tried to raise the price by $1500 (50%). I took the car to ******, who initiated the repair within 2 weeks from the time of their estimate, and completed the repair in 5 days, for less than the original (pre-$1500 bump) price quoted by Crash Champions.Ive had several good experiences with Daves ****************, but acquisition by Crash Champions seems to have ruined them.Crash Champions, LLC

1 starMy repairs were done via Geico at the ********** location, and I am not happy with the level of service provided. The repair facility drained my battery by leaving the interior light on, then blamed me for having a faulty battery. Also the repair completion date was pushed back twice, resulting in a two week timeframe. Additionally, they forgot to put back a decal, left the vehicle dirty and disheveled, and didn't s**** in wheel well screws properly.Crash Champions, LLC

2 starsVery hit or miss with quality and costumer service. Took my car here after an accident and they carelessly threw away parts of my car before insurance approval and lied about it. Came to pick up my car and their excuse for throwing my entire front bumper along with the license plate was that it wouldn't have fit back on (that's when most mechanics would put the pieces in the back of your car). The employee overseeing my car ***, was no where to be found during pick up to speak with even though she was there. Other workers suggested I buy a new bumper (how helpful). Called back, manager was conveniently too busy for a phone call for 4 days. If you ever have a concern/problem rest assured they will NOT work with you to make it right.Crash Champions, LLC

1 starI wouldn't take my nieces toy car for repairs if needed! For starters I took my car in for repairs November 8th 2022 I was rear ended which I needed a new bumper trunk etc. I went to pick up my vehicle nov 28th or 29th and when I picked it up they forgot to put the emblems on my car so that was the first thing. Then I noticed that they repaired the bumper instead of replacing it so where the impact happened it was bulging out and my trunk was not straight it was crooked. I pointed out the imperfections and they told me to bring the car back in 2 weeks to have repaired for the 2nd time. So fast forward to me bringing my car back on December 12th they had no clue I was bringing my car in after the manger told me back in November to bring it in that day. There was no rental car set for me and I was told I would have to come back later in order to get a rental. I come back up there later that day and drop my car off and as I'm waiting for a rental car I notice that there is a lady on the phone also upset with something and to get her to leave a good review they offered her 20 dollars cash in order for her to leave a good review ! So fast forward a little more I come pick my car up and it's still not right so I show the manager and he tells me that they have done all they can do it's nothing else that can be done but ask the insurance company for new parts so I leave ****** off and call my insurance company Geico and they tell me I can take the car to a different body shop and I took it to **** ******* collision in orange park and I must say **** did an amazing job I just got my car back today and it looks better then ever all the paint colors match it didn't with service king I have a new bumper my trunk is aligned well and my trunk latch is also fixed I'm so satisfied I couldn't have asked for a better company to repair my car FOR THE 3RD TIME! SAVE THE HEADACHE AND TIME AND DONT GO TO SERVICE KING THEY PAY PEOPLE TO LEAVE GOOD REVIEWSCrash Champions, LLC

1 starHORRENDOU** I'll get to the point. After I was involved in a 5 car crash in ******************************** sent an order to Crash Champions to fix my **** 500, damage to the front and back. I called day 1 to let them know that I don't live in Wis and that I have to drive my car back to ******** safely. "****," the manager from the ** ****** location, said they received my car and that they'd fix it quickly so I could go back home. By day 3, I called again bcs no one called with an assessment. It was then I was told that they don't work on **** 500s and it might be better just to tow my car back to ********! That was their solution. They also told me not to worry that "probably" the car was safe enough to drive the **** miles. I told them there is damage on the front and back to which they replied: "oh there's damage on both sides?" This is how thorough they were even just eyeballing my car. Takeaway: they lied and told me to bring my car in and yet they never did an assessment. They wanted the business but then couldn't deliver. So I had to go pick the car up in the same banged ******** that it was delivered in. Zero satisfaction. So do yourself a favor who's ever reading this, bypass this biz all together. It's not worth your time and you'll pay more through the nose with headaches and stress in dealing with them. They are NOT to be trusted. Total failure. Then to add insult to injury, they sent my personal information to *********** and various 3rd parties. So now I'm getting text messages to rate diff surveys. I never gave them permission to use my phone number for anything except to contact me regarding my car!Review fromMaria S

1 starThis company had my truck in there for fender damage, had to take it back in because my truck had spots that didn't have paint, and after second visit my truck had Runs in the paint!!!! it never got fixed!!!! I have to many things to do then to run and get my truck dropped off over and over again for substandard unprofessional work that's never done right. now the plastic trim around the headlights is broken loose again and they won't return my phone calls!!!! and I am telling everyone I meet to never go here!Crash Champions, LLC

1 starCrash Champions car repair shop is a Crash and Burn place. Please do not take your car for repairs here unless you want to waste your money and time. I went to this place for car body repair as it was recommended by my car insurance (Geico). This is one of the worst car repair shop that I have ever dealt with. First off, they never provided status and let me know what was going on and what was being repaired. I finally called them 3 weeks of waiting and they were going to hold my car for 3 months as the part was going to take that long to get it. I understand that there is an issue with the supply chain. However, I should be able to take my car as it was safe to drive. It took 3 months to get the part and they never called me to update me on the status. I kept calling them every week and no one ever gave me a straight answer or status. When they got the part, they called me to bring in the car. I took time off work to drop off the car, and when I arrive at the place, I waited for 1/2 hour for them to tell me that they did not have all the parts and I have to wait for another day for them to figure out if the parts can be re-ordered. After 2 days, they still did not call me and when I called, they gave me the round around. So, I really don't know when my car will be finally fixed. I can only imagine what happens to those customers that really have to have their car. I feel like I spent the past 12 weeks wasting time calling for status and for Crash Champions to get their act together. I want to believe that they could do better, and it is not happening. Update 11/5: my left mirror is still not fixed & now am getting the next run around that they will get a new part to fix it. Is been 5 months since my accident & I've lost so much time getting my car fixed. Never again going to this place.Crash Champions, LLC
