1 starIn July 2023 I got in a small fender ******* not my fault but ended up with some minor damage on the front passenger door of ************* insurance has crash champions in ********** ** as one of the shops for hassle free estimates and repairs. After getting my estimate and time the repair could take I decided to have them fix my truck. They told me 7 days if my door could be fixed or longer if they had to order a new door. I think my door was fixable but 12 days went by with very little comunicacin. I had to keep asking what was going on with my truck. The day I pick it up 12 days later I asked if they had to put a new door since it took so long* and without hesitation they said yes we put a new door on it. It felt rush to get me out* Once I got the chance to check their work I had to bring it back the very same day I pick it up. The paint didn't match*it was full of blemishes and overspray to other sections of the truck and the clear coat was runny in various areas . This was a Friday so the told me to bring it next week to take care of it. . When I got home kept looking at the horrible work and discovered that the door they put on my truck was a used door from anothe truck it was dented on the bottom and dirty on the inside. It took more than 20 days to get my truck back. They ofer me a rental when they got the new door* they told me it would be ready in 3 days max * 7 days later I'm still driving the rental what by the way is not suitable for my kind of work (HVAC) . The last day I had the rental a rock hit the windshield and cracked it. And all I got was well is not our problem. I WILL BE LOOKING FOR LEGAL ADVICE.

1 starBeware! I was in a very very minor accident going less than 10MPH. Nothing crumpled. Scrapes and a crack to the front bumper cover. Service king requires you be present at the drop off appt for an *********************** of the work. ***** walked around the car with me. Marked the front bumper. Said it would be an easy repair and take one week. He communicated throughout sending me texts about small delays. In the end the repairs took 27 days. I see the final bill only to discover line items painting a door, repairing/ painting a fender, glass work and see notations that they repaired my car with used/salvaged parts (which was news to me). I was told that they found imperceptible buckling to the fender that had to be fixed, unable to paint just a fender, also painted a door. Never mentioned in the texts. He stated it did not occur to him that I ld want to know about that and I should be happy they did more. I explained unneeded and now the carfax report will show extensive damage making this appear a more significant accident. ***** argued that if anything they increased the value. The receptionist tells me there was no need to call me for the additional work because they do not do incomplete repairs and went on to explain that even if I had been called I would not have had the right to decline additional repairs.Right in the area of the roof where there is tacky residue from taping off, theres milky puddles dried. Looks to be spilled top coat. They tell me that is from previous work. My car has had no prior body work or painting. **** stated that it must have been done by the dealership before I purchased the car. He goes on to explain after paint repair top coat will start to peel with time. He says I either did not notice this (even in repeated inspection of my car after accident) or that it was just coincidence it started in the 27 days my car was in their shop. He maintains that it is unrelated to their work and not their responsibility.Crash Champions, LLC

1 starI was in an accident in July and his insurance had me go to Crash Champions in ********. My brand new car sat on a wooded lot for 2 months waiting for a bumper. In the meantime my car was infested with wood roaches ?? hundreds possibly thousands of them. It took me a day to realize as it was pouring rain when I drove it home and parked it in my garage. There was a horrible odor coming from my car. I went to put an air freshener in the car when I saw the first few. They came out of the hood, the sunroof, the doors. They were running around the inside and outside. They were running around the car and my garage and a few made it into my home. Theres f**** everywhere in my car and a week later theyre still running around. The corporate office said nothing, no apologies, no remedies. This experience is a health concern as well. 5 starsAfter a freak accident, my insurance wanted to total my car. Though 18 years old, it only has 107,00 miles and month old tires. After getting an obviously snarky estimate elsewhere, we took it to Crash Champions. Though the initial assessment was it wasnt worth repairing, our appraiser, Rod, went to bat for us and they took it on. We picked it up yesterday and it looked like new. I commented they had to replace the front bumper cover after all and he said, no they cleaned it up, painted it, and attached it to the side fender. The car looked so sparking new, I told my husband we should get the inside detailed. When I got in to leave, I discovered they didn't just vacuum the car and trunk, they'd also cleaned the seats and rugs. Wow. Did I also mention the final bill was $1,000 under the initial appraisal? 1 starFirst If I could give no stars I so would, Drop off my car Aug 3,2023, this girl *** help me with I appreciate it and out of no where this ****************************************** Took over walk with him outside prior to this got my car towed due to a flat and they did a safety toll and rip off my bottom panel and side panel, when I told him what happen he was like they are scratches under the bottom I said yes due to the fact it got stuck on a curb and he was like oh it was to your doing basically he was calling me a liar and that it might not be covered and all first off who is he to say what happen he is just an employee that needs to get my car fix I dont give two cents on what he has to say, just fix it I spoke with my insurance agent and told him whats happening then couple days later havent heard anything called and spoke with **** he said your insurance denied the bumper I contact my agent was told the bumper was never put into the claim so got my agent and **** on I said again your lying you didnt even submitted the bumper the agent said to add it.I just found out there is no manager for that location and then ***** supposedly is director for that location trying to make it right went by today 08-14-23 said my car wasnt there it was another another location. Went to Bandera and my car wasnt event there call ***** and was told my car was at the original location so had to go back it just has been a s*** show since day one calling me a lair on how my car got damage the way it did and then got lied to about my bumper was denied which they didnt even put in the request and my car being at another location and I still have got my car from 08-03-23 to 08-14-23 supposedly still getting fix. 1 starTruly disturbed by this business and how it operates. My insurance company sent this business a check for work to be preformed on my damaged vehicle. Before any parts were ordered or any work was performed on my vehicle, I cancelled my appointment with them and decided to bring my vehicle elsewhere because of the excessively long wait time that I was estimated for completion of my vehicle. This company, without my permission, cashed the check sent by my insurance company. Has spent the money, and has not sent a refund to myself, or my insurance agency. I have called once a week for almost 2 MONTHS waiting on a date for a refund. Every time I speak to the same operator, who may I add (has told me repeatedly herself that, shes sent all the info to the higher up people and has no idea or understanding why the refund has still yet been sent to me. My insurance company will not issue another check for vehicle repairs, until they are either refunded the original payment made to crash champions or I am issued the refund to be used at my discretion. Meaning for months my vehicle has been sitting, damaged, not being able to move, because of this poor excuse of a business. 1 starCrash Champions purchase Pacific Elite. Pacific Elite bought Prestige Too. All three repair shops offered the lifetime warranties. However, Crash Champions says they will not honor Prestige Too warranties. This appears to be a sham so none of the companies have to honor any of the lifetime warranties. What a sham, a nice way not to be able to honor the lifetime warranties.The hood on my Lexus car is peeling and needs to re sealed.Crash Champions, LLC

1 starWe were sent here by our insurance for a repair to our side mirror. They had our vehicle for 6 days, and when we picked it up, there was a massive crack in the windshield - from the top passenger side to the center just below the rear view mirror. The shop did not feel it was worth noting to ** at any point. We reported this to our insurance, who instructed ** to return our vehicle to the shop for them to repair it. However, the shop adamantly refused to fix the crack, asserting it wasn't their fault because we allegedly had some rock chips in the windshield and they had left our vehicle outside over the weekend. Despite the intake photo from the shop and our dashcam footage that clearly show no damage was present when we dropped it off, and appeared during the time the car was in their possession, the shop continued to refuse to accept responsibility. Now, we have to pay out of pocket to have a windshield replaced because this shop doesn't want to do anything they don't get paid for.Crash Champions, LLC

1 starI dropped my car off 12/2023 after I ran over a dead deer in the middle of the road and had to file an insurance claim. I got my car back the end of December just to drive out of their lot and for the plastic undercarriage of my car to fall off and drag the interstate I had to turn back around and my car was there another week for repairs. The next time I got my car back it overheated and service king stated I needed a new thermostat which had just been replaced on my car. Since then the car has been sitting in my driveway broken down..,. I had *** take a look at my vehicle and they said whoever fixed it after my accident put the wrong oil in it and an after market filter which messed my time and chains up costing *****, never fixed the differential leak which would cost 800, never replaced my heat shield which would prevent the car or surrounding area from catching fire, and zip tied my emergency parking brake back onto my vehicle. Im disappointed in geico recommending this place.. DO NOT take your car here!!!Crash Champions, LLC
