Received email attempting to collect debt for ************ I looked up what the business was and I have never lived in *****. I have never even been to the state ever in my life before. ******** is the number associated with whatever this is that was included in email. Stolen identity is what this is . I appreciate the sense of urgency in your reply I do accept the response However, I would also like to add that when a consumer makes your company aware of a issue as serious as this regarding their identity, likeness, character and credit that it would be morally and ethically necessary to include a phone number in your response. I do understand emails are quick and convenient but building a professional report with a "true identity" would definitely show your companies stance on integrity and professionalism when corresponding with an illegally obtained consumer. Thank you!

I made the first payment on a settlement offer and they charged me more than the original amount and the transaction cleared my account and today I get a text stating my payment was declined and my account is not in good standing and I have tried calling 3 different numbers listed for this company and it just rings and hangs up.
