      My problem is this company keeps harassing me about an account that apparently belongs to me. I have no knowledge of this account. This company has been constantly emailing me about a payment. I do not have a contract with this company and ask this company to cease and desist all harassment by email and phone calls.

      I attempted to make payment arrangements on 2 debts that this company bought from original creditor. My first attempt was May 29, 2025, I entered my bank info the screen went blank (3 times) and I reached out to the company. They sent me a billing portal, when I entered my information again the originating agreement was not there and they did not honor my initial request. I reached out to them again inquiring about when would payments begin coming out of my account they sent me another text and email requesting for arrangements to be made. When asked about my concerns they continued to text requesting payment with any disregard to my attempt to make arrangements. There was another company ****************** Services) reaching out to me in an attempt to collect the same debts. I informed them that I attempted to make arrangements from another company. In turn this company was trying to collect my debts under 2 different names which would have me paying for the debt twice. I am seeking assistance in them honoring my arrangements or cancelling my debt.

      I am rejecting this response because: They have emailed, text, or called me every day and still have not provided any of the original documentation, showing that I owe them a debt. I have never signed any documentation with this company. They have effectively damaged my credit score for the last 5 years. The above emails shows that they’ve recently still been contacting me. So they’re blatantly lying to better Business Bureau. Claiming they have not contacted me. This company has bullied me with no proof whatsoever, they did not provide any original contracts with my signature. I demand that this be removed immediately from my credit report.

      Again they blatantly lied and said they have not been contacting me which I’ve provided proof in the previous response. They have failed to provide original contracts that I signed with them.
