      *** been receiving calls from people claiming to be from this company for weeks now. I try to answer and they hang up every time. The one time I did reach somebody was when I called the number back but I could barely understand them as their voice kept cutting in and out. I just want to be placed on their do not call list, But all they do is these cold calls with hangups. This is how scammers operate, If this is a legit company, please remove me from your call list.

      I have been getting text messages from this company regarding an **** account I had, the amount they are trying to get me to pay back is 50% but the the amount is 500 dollar more than I was approved for. I also asked to see something in writing and they sent me a xerox copy of their letter with a hand written envelope with my name and address on it. This made me suspicious as well as being offered the payment choice of paying on a prepaid card for the monthly payments. I dealt with people getting into my accounts back in 2020 and after that awful situation I try to be more vigilant about my information. I dont feel safe dealing with this company their credit information does not match the original credit information and based off of the complaints they are not to be trusted.

This is in no way an admittance of liability on this debt, however I would like to resolve this account as amicably as possible. I have zero knowledge of this debt am also requesting debt validation, however in good faith I am willing to settle this account for what I feel is a reasonable amount without any admittance of ownership by myself or validation by your office.       You employ evasive language and offer only to stop contacting me, using a form letter response given to dozens of other BBB complainants.

      You do not confirm that there was any mistake made with regards to this debt collection attempt.

      You did not rescind the threat of reporting this supposed debt to the credit agencies.

      I would like some assurance that this matter is resolved/retracted and not going to impact me negatively.  If you cannot own up to any error on your part, please just let me know that you will leave my credit alone.

      I discovered Halsted financial services LLC July 12, 2024 from innovis but informed me today that they do not deal with the social security administration benefits. I have ********************************************************************************************************** it was there and now on 3/12/2024 spoke to **** of America investigator ****** in check fraud ***** And I gave him the Squatter from ****** here on a **** *************************** two fake SSN 364-86-8746 and 236-19-0000 who he cashed two chase escrow account checks in my name and he said that fake SSN led to where he cash them into mayflower group LLC business account and the forgery investigation is being conducted under police report 23-42944 det. ********* ************. In addition he also used my chase loan no. ********** with corrupt *********************** of ***** Fargo and added a fake loan to it as ********** I am told by *********************** of boa mortgage department does not have clear title is fraud.

      In the last week, I have been contacted by this company in an effort to collect debt from 2020. However, the company they are supposedly collecting from is not one that Ive ever opened an account with, and after running a credit report, this account is not and has not ever been listed. The email from Halsted also claims I made a payment in 2022, but none of my banking records reflect this. I believe this is a scam, and an unlawful way to collect money from victims. My name was not even correct.
