    I am writing to bring to your attention a matter of great concern regarding damage caused to my vehicle during a recent repossession carried out by [***********] on behalf of [Title ***** On [July 26th 2023 @3:30am], my vehicle, [Chrysler 300C, XSZ707], was repossessed by [*******] under the instructions of [Title *****Upon retrieving my vehicle, I discovered significant damage to the [Damage to front axels, car has load noise coming from underneath the engine, front tire flat, Drivers side panel, outside door panel damage (Photos attached).]. This damage was not present prior to the repossession, and it is evident that it occurred as a direct result of the actions taken by [*******] during the repossession process.I must emphasize that this damage is both unacceptable and in violation of the duty of care that both [Title **** and [***********] owe to their customers. As a result of this damage, I have incurred significant financial expenses for repairs, as well as the inconvenience and distress caused by the loss of use of my vehicle during the repair period.

    My care was recently repossessed and this towing company was hired to pick it up. While doing so they damaged the front bumper. Completely tearing it of beyond repair. It was pick up on 9/8/23 and i picked it up this morning 9/15/23. I have been calling and leaving voice mails and nothing

    A friend of mines gave me and my Childrens a ride home after attempting to register them for school. I left all three of my kids birth certificates, social security cards, and cell phone in the car that was his and it was towed and stored in lot I have called for the pay three weeks with no call back and or email that you fill out through the website.

    My car was repossessed by MVTRAC on 8/23/23 in *************, **. They did not give me any paperwork nor tell me where they were towing the car. I called the lienholder and they gave me the phone number to MVTrac ( the company that towed the car. The main office is in ** but they subcontract the work to towing companies in different states). I do not have the money to get the car back but I want to recover my possessions that are inside the car. I have tried calling MVTrac and they never answer the phone nor do they return phone messages. On their website they have a section which states if you want to recover your possessions from a repossessed car to enter your name and email address and they will get back to you. I have filled out that section at least 3 times and it is now 9/6/23 and I have yet to hear from them.

    Ive been trying to reach someone for almost a week about retrieving my vehicle. *** called and it tells me to email. Ive emailed and get no response. Ive filled out the form on the website and still get no response. I need to be able to reach someone to retrieve by vehicle that has been released for almost a week.

    The company lost my personal property when my vehicle was towed. You cannot get in contact with ANYONE via phone. There is no other way to contact this place!

    Took my car, Due to 2 disorders, I just became homeless and my car was my only source of income, the guy was not in uniform no markings on truck, he was causing a breach of peace a few times, he refused to stop when told he could not take it, no court order was givin no contact info givin, he pulled my car 3 feet while in park with my breaks on, no post notice to pick up my personal items. He lied to get my keys he ignored us for the 1 hour 30min it took for him to even get it hooked on. The total amount due was incorrect on paperwork.

    This company towed my vehicle Thursday. I called my finance company make the payment and this company information was given to me by my finance company to make arrangements to pick up my vehicle, which I did yesterday. This morning I picked up the vehicle all my belongings was in a trash bag. Checking the belongings. My friend license plate was sitting on my backseat was missing. I call the place where my vehicle was stored their number is disconnected. I just the plate returned, this noted on their, so it doesnt happen to anyone else.

    July 14 2023 I called ********* police department to come out and make a report that my car was stolen. I was informed to contact my insurance company, I received the phone call from the police station that my car was not stolen it was repoed My car is completely paid off May 14 2022, I have all my receipts no missed/late to any of the ************** or CRB. I owe MVtrack no amount of money.. Who are they.. call bank huh there is no Bank I own my car outright for one year now credit report proves paid in full I have legal title ownership, this company has fraudulently stolen my vehicle and requested a new title for what reason I don't know I have title legal ownership and registered owner there's no liens no court dates no repo orders no court orders or judgments per DMV printout available upon request it's unfair to take a person property their only means for transportation. and sell it back to me. im credit worthy My credit report my receipts show and prove paid in full zero balance. I've tried to solve this problem over the phone July 14th, July 17, July 19, and 20, 2023. and in person on July 24th at 12:00 p.m. at the address provided they made a copy of my ID and told me that I could not have my property as I handed them a copy of a demand letter and the phone given to call *****, asked me to pay via *** CASH ONLY, then will they release my vehicle never heard from her again, my calls go unanswered,None of the parties to solve this problem by releasing my vehicle instead im asked for my car keys they expect me to hand over my property that I own outright they give me phone numbers and addresses that does not exist, I've taken all the steps via DMV to obtain my rightful title my car was fraudulently stolen from *********************************************************. Mechanics Bk was a personal indirect loan that was paid i full after 3 years this was an Unsecured loan and my car can not and is not used for calattoral. PLEASE SEE ATTACHMENTS.

    I has to pay late fees in order to get my niece car back. It was paid. The car was supposed to have been released in order for us to get the car. It is now 3 days. No car. Nobody will answer the phone or they keep you on hold.****************** still hasn't released my car. MVTrac won't answer calls. REPO company is closed.
