    The company colluded with ****************** and **** towing by sitting on paperwork to send to the towing company so there would be increased costs and delays. Already lose of work and therefore pay has made this even more unfortunate and damaging to say the least. Valuables in the car that was repossessed were ruined and never was allowed to access them. The towing happened on a Sunday when everything was closed, again on purpose.

    I was stopped by two of their tow truck guys. I was told to pay the first one and debt would be cleared (which was a lie that I didnt know). The second one threatened to beat me with my kids there and my son in my arms I had to plead with him not to hit me because I have sickle cell and just got released from the hospital. I also paid the second guy for my belongings. The company sees no problems in their employees financial exploitation or physical violence because they told me they will do nothing about it.

    This company is purposefully trying to withhold my car. They repossessed my car and would not tell me how to reclaim my property. But gives the authority to the tow company to retrieve my belongings. They contracted with a tow company whom doesnt answer the phone and directs you to their website to book an appointment that doesnt work. I talked to many reps and supervisors and they all say they have no way of getting in touch with the company and that I should keep calling.

    They stole my property and monies, disabled placard upon taking the vehicle to *** airport. They now keep hanging up in my face and wont provide information. They were to bag up property not steal it. And now the vehicle was re rented out , and I have yet to retrieve my belongings

    My car was repossessed on Wednesday 12/20/2023 for a default on a car title loan with Loanmax ************* in ********. The car was repossessed by MVTrac, which is a third party affiliate of Loanmax. I paid the load off in full on 12/22/2023 at 11AM. Loanmax confirmed that they sent the release form to MVTrac via email at 12:18pm on 12/22. I was advised to call MVtrac to get information of where my car is located to pick it up. I called 3-4x between 1pm and 3:30pm, where every time the employee lied and stated they didn't have my release form, told me to call back and hung up while I was on the phone. I called Loanmax back to verify and complain around 3pm, at which time it was confirmed that the release form had been sent out at 12:18pm. I called back again and magically MVtrac had the release form and I then called the **** lot, at which point I was answered by a recording making unreasonable requests to email in a request for appointment between 9am-1:30pm and the **** lot closes at 2pm. Next business day is the day after Christmas, making me wait 4 extra days and pay for 4 extra days, having no transportation over the Christmas holiday, due to carelessness, laziness and rudeness on behalf of MVTrac. I expect to be not be charged a ***** for by this company, due to its employees ******* lack of empathy or concern and intentional and malicious withholding of my vehicle and property with the intention to milk extra money out of their victims. I will be seeking legal counsel to file a lawsuit if not resolved internally and expeditiously.

    December 4, 2023 my car was repossessed MVTrac hired ********* towing out of ******* ** to tow the car.December 8, 2023 I went to go pick up my car and noticed that over $1600 valuables were missing out of my car. Also my car was damaged badly by the company MVTrac hired to do the repossession. Ive reached out to MVTrac to numerous of times after they promised theyll get me a call within 24 hours and still havent. Having my vehicle to be repossessed is already hard enough but to have items stolen and my vehicle to be damaged just makes the situation even more devastating. On December 8, 2023 before even leaving the towing lot I called, filed an incident report and emailed Smokerise towing about the missing items and damaged vehicle.

    My car was recovered on 12/15/2023, due to late payment. i have my personal belongs, in car that i cant recover due company.The company has not answer any phone calls or email, so i may recover my personal property out the car

    Somewhere in July to September, ***** financial services repossessed my ***** accord vehicle for non payment. I was given a 5 days to settle the remaining balance before they auctioned it. I paid the total balance left (*********) before the deadline. I asked about my property in the vehicle and ***** told they remained safe and would be picked with the vehicle. After getting my power of attorney and paperwork done, I picked up the vehicle around November ***** or 30 in ******, ***** but none of my items were in the vehicle. They were but not limited to: ***** vehicle original documents, my expensive new clothes, bags, expensive medical books, shoes, documents for school and work, newly bought baby items including baby foods and toys, expensive body sprays and lotions including sandals for my wife among other items. I was asked by ***** to ******* LLC/MV connect to provide the items since they were in their possession. I contacted these people by November 30 and told they destroyed all of them. I bought these items with my money and they did not have the right to destroy them. They never even tried to contact me to come for them. ***** never told me my items including the vehicle original documents would be destroyed. I am seeking redress and justice including compensation.
