    A few years back I went to Title *** and took out a loan. After two years of paying on the loan I had paid three times the amount I took out and I questioned Title *** about it. They said most of the payments were going towards the interest. I told them I wasn&#**;t making any additional payments. Yesterday morning I saw my vehicle was gone. I had my debit card on the front seat and my work equipment in trunk of the the vehicle when it was repossessed. I called Title *** and was given the number to call H323131333433**3238H at ************. I&#**;ve made several attempts to contact the business since yesterday to get my belongings but they are not answering the phone.

    My car was paid off for a year and no money was owed. After a year it was wrongfully repossessed by Exeter finance. I was informed to get a hold of MVTrack because they issued the order for repossession. They claimed they would contact ****** for a lien verification. After 2 weeks I called back and they said they have not received it. After repeated phone calls and messages they have yet to give ** any information and now it appears my car has been sold at auction!!! My boyfriend and I own this car outright and I dont believe they followed the law with this wrongful repossession.

    My car was repossessed 1/23/2023. I scheduled a pickup on 1/24/2023 for 1:00 pm. I authorized my son to pick up vehicle at scheduled time due to work hours. ******* in **********, **. *************, does not allow you to get your vehicle from the back/pound even after you provide identification and appropriate documents. Instead they take your key and bring car to you. My car had been rambled through and items taken before vehicle was delivered to me. Several items were missing. My wife tried reaching out to management and spoke with ******** who claimed to be a manger but refused provide her last name. She stated she couldn't help her because her name was not on vehicle. I called back and no one answered. I'm filing this complaint with the hope that something is done about these criminal acts, process changes, towing companies are held accountable for belongings inside of locked vehicles.

    Hello, I am reaching out in regard to my vehicle that was severely damaged during the repossession process. I am demanding that someone reach out to me as soon as possible. Ive now had my car for two months now and no compensations has been granted nor have repairs been completed. I am asking that the new tires cost and the cost of the used* tires be reimbursed back to me, expeditiously. All estimates have been submitted to ******** Also, I am demanding the exterior damages to my car be repaired at the repair auto shop of my choice. I have no reason to trust the same towing company that damaged my car to find a repair shop to repair the damages. I am demanding total funds for those repairs to be paid to me so that I can get the repairs done at my own leisure. I am trying to avoid writing the better business bureau and also obtaining a legal representative to sue ******** Please contact me as soon as possible as this matter needs to be addressed and resolved immediately.

    I called ************************** LLC 12/30/22 and they advised that I call Mvtrac about notifying the towing company ********************* to release my personal property. The Rep at Mvtrac stated that I cannot retrieve my personal belongings and admitted that my personal items are held for collateral which is illegal. There is no law, nor do they have a policy in writing that states my keys have to be surrendered in order to retrieve my personal property. ************************** LLC never even disclosed this information. They never said the only way of picking up my personal property is if I surrender my keys. The tow company had already removed my personal property from my vehicle on the first day it arrived within the first hour. This is conversion of personal property.

    On Sept 3rd my car was repossessed by MVTrac the car was in good operable conditions prior to the tow. Upon receiving the car back the car has been damaged and is unable to be operated. After seeing the damages of the vehicle I spoke with ******* and they stated they have reports of the vehicle being delivered by mVtrac in this manner. I have contacted the finance company as well as mVtrac and they have yet to assist with resolution. The current repairs are more than two thousand dollars and I am in need of mVtrac paying for the repairs

    My vehicle was repossessed the late evening of October 8th 2022. I couldn't get in touch with anyone until October 10th 2022, to retrieve my personal items. They scheduled me for October 11th 2022 at 1:00PM to pick up my personal items. I never noticed until I got to my family members house that I noticed I was missing one of my totes, at first I thought it was a clear plastic bag. My brother had helped me retrieve my items, so I never had a chance to look at the back trunk until he(my brother) had removed the majority of the items that were back there, so I never noticed I was missing the grey tote until I got to the house.That same day I contacted ****************************** to let them know I was missing items, they told me to contact the company that repo my vehicle, to which they only answered through text and the place is only open from 10am-4pm(I believe). After continuously calling Credit Acceptance, texting the number for Relentless Recovery/Repo Redemption, and submitting multiple claims through their website, some guy contacted me saying that I already retrieved my grey tote(container) and sent a half picture of my trunk showing only my blue tote and other items(which I'm confused why they only took the picture from within the car from one of side back door, instead of opening the trunk and taking a picture. I have tried multiple times to get this resolved. They didn't even give me time to retrieve my items, to which I believed they were trying to remove it for some reason that I don't know of because they literally just repo it. I just want my items that were in the tote. They can't even provide video evidence on their end proving what they are saying. I had asked for video/picture evidence of the whole time they had my vehicle, which they never provided. I just want my items. All they sent was a half picture of trunk from one of my side back door and a statement claiming I tote the grey tote. Which I stated back I had 2 totes(1 grey and 1 blue).

    9/1/22 My Car was parked at my brother house in ********** my car was illegal repossessed trolling on someone block in the *********** is illegal for tow and now Im unable to reach the yard where the car was taken nobody answer when calling I dont get no good feedback from the bank eithier stating they get no answer eithier
