Our car was towed illegally from the parking lot at the apt. complex where I reside. The car was parked in the visitor section and displayed a "One Night Parking Permit", similar to the picture that is attached. According to Northwest Recovery, it was towed because they could not see exactly how the permit was completed, although it was filled in. In addition to this, when we arrived at Northwest Recovery, *****************************************************************************, we approached the pay window, and it is completely blocked off with aluminum foil so we couldn't see who we are interacting with. I don't understand how Northwest Recovery can record everyone coming in their business, but we cannot see who is processing our credit card payments. We couldn't see what they are doing with our credit cards and personal IDs. According to the man behind the aluminum foil, I believe his name could have been ****, they purchased the place this way and acted as if the blocked window was not their doing. Lastly, after processing the payment they said we could go to the back and recover the vehicle. The payment was under my name; however, the vehicle is under my daughter's name. Not once did they ask for my daughter's ID or the vehicle registration to confirm that the person picking up the vehicle is the true owner. They will allow anyone to drive off with a car as long as they have keys. According to the staff, if someone has the car key, they will assume it is their car. He stated that they have no way to confirm the car you are picking up is yours. I advised; you can determine who owns the car by comparing the registration to the plates and owner identification card. He asked me to leave the premises right away and stated that he had nothing else to discuss and slammed fence. The car was towed on the night of 11/26 or early morning of 11/27, we picked up the vehicle on the morning of 11/27. We paid the $172.50 fee to recover the vehicle. Thank you.

They ripped open important mail and destroyed it. I have a list of things that are completely missing. They told me to dig through the dumpster for my stuff

My car was towed from my friends driveway in a **ndo association. She told me to park behind her car. There are no signs of no parking there. The only one I was blocking in was the owner that told me to park there. It is not a fire Zone there are not even signs posted of a towing **mpany. I do not live there so I am not familiar with rules especially with no signs and the owner telling me that I should park behind her. I was there in an emergency to help her because her husband had just passed. She is over 85 years old. I had taken her to an attorney office earlier and then we were loading things in my car for salvation army. then i went in for a cup of **ffee and obviously they came quietly with no lights like they were **mmitting a crime because the window from the towing is 10 feet away and we saw no vehicle pull up and no lights because we **uld have moved it. I called the police and they had no info of a towing so I told them to **me to file a stolen vehicle report. I called the management ** but was told they are not available until Monday. An hour later I am informed that my car is in Rolling ******* and I had to drive my friends car and follow her back on side streets because she doesnt drive at night or on expressways. Meanwhile I have my handicapped son at home waiting. I have pictures of everything, where I was parked, the sign that is totally faded for the fire lane parking, which I was NOT parked in and I was not blocking anyone in. So at the dirty towing **mpanys little hallway, which I have pictures also, they tape up their entire window so you cannot see them. That looked totally unproffesional not to mention dirty, but I do know why they would be embarresed to show their face. Then they backed up my car into a fence with a bunch of branches and garbage sticking out and there are a **uple small dents and gashes on the bumper and car. I told them while I was there that I am taking pictures of this also.

NWR towed my car even though I have 2 assigned parking spot and I was parked where I belonged. I called and tried to tell them they had made a mistake but of course they werent listening and in reality they dont care. They just want to collect their money regardless. Charging me 250 dollars, first of all that is a high number equivalent to 3 days of labor for me and that is just not fair. Please assist, I dont want this happening to anybody else. Thanks
