Those jerks towed my car because it didnt have license plates. When I tried to explain that the plates are issued by the Secretary of State and that there's a wait of a few days just to get an appointment, they laughed in my face and said they didnt care. One guy proudly said they make really good money off of this.

Car unfairly towed. Car was registered to property. Parking pass was in the vehicle. Charged full price.

This company stole so many items in my vehicle. Golf clubs, **** gym bag, clothes, shoes I get it thats what they do but did they really have to steal my license plates? Unethical, unprofessional and down right shady business I wouldnt refer to this as a business at all! This is a criminal racket who happens to tow vehicles.

They towed my car per a contract that they have with the management company where I live. The management company said the fee to remove it from impound was $216. This fee was also written on a sign in the front of the trailer park where I live. When I arrived to get my car they charged me $261. They wrote $216 on the receipt though. Complete scam company.
