We moved into this property on April 13 and paid over $6000 for a security deposit and a prorated rent for April from the moment that we met moved in there were issues with the property. The sump pump in the garage was inoperable and it resulted in a backup of a sump pump into the garage that damaged our personal property we took days off work to clean out the garage and we lost items because of the negligence of the company for not confirming that the sump pump was operable before we moved in the heat and air-conditioning hasn't worked since the day that we moved in. We are now on day six with no air-conditioning and no heat. The dishwasher does not work at all. We have water damage that was identified on the first floor and the company came out and simply painted over the water damage. We have new water damage as of today in the same spot that has not been resolved. we asked for the chimney to be cleaned in order to use the fireplace and they lied and said the chimney was cleaned when we inquired about it they said that they would send someone to clean out the chimney. The first day we moved in both showers did not work meaning there was no water to shower. They have since conducted multiple maintenance inspections only to repair a few things and walk away from other things that needed to be repaired. The shower still leaks. In addition we learned through researching the property that there was a frozen pipe that left this property vacant for months last year that required restoration where they replaced some items and didn't replace others. For example, we have a vanity in the master bathroom that is rotted that they simply tried to paint over. We've lost money. We've lost time at work and we are not comfortable because we have no heat or air-conditioning we've lost personal property. I've called the management company on several occasions and gave them an opportunity to call me to make this right and they have not reached out. 1654 w REMOVED
