      I used flagship for my carwash on numerous other occasions. I decided to get the membership because they were running a special for ***** and I was told I could cancel any time and that this would be the price for unlimited carwash for 3 months. I never was charged that price they took out ***** Dec and charged me again January after being told my membership was inactive on 12/30 and I was asked if I wanted to renew my membership and declined stating I was canceling the service anyway since it was too expensive. I paid for a carwash that day instead of renewing. I called customer support because they took another ***** out of my account and I also brought up to the representative that I was being over charged and she didn't address a resource for it. The representative only stated that I can continue getting a carwash until the end of the month. I kindly stated that I wanted my money refunded because it shouldn't have never been taken out of my account because my account was canceled. I will never use this car wash again. They over charged me from the beginning and didn't want to refund me what was stolen out of my account after my account was canceled.

      I tried to look up an account for you and I could not find one with your name or email address. I can't find an email if one was sent in requesting to be refunded. Our agents tell all callers to email regarding a refund.       On February 26, 2021 I purchased two books of Tickets for Ultimate Car Washes... each coupon worth over ten dollars.Flagship closed down for remodeling for some number of months - 6???Now that they are reopened, I tried to use my remaining coupons... they say they are no longer valid and there is no way to get a refund. I am out over $40 !!!Crroks or fraudsters I'd say.

We are more than happy to provide you with a $40 Flagship gift card. You can email me at *********************************** and I can make arrangements for you to go to one of our Flagship locations with your coupons that you have left and they can give you a $40 Flagship gift card.

      I had used Embassy Auto Wash for nearly 30 years...the pricing profile for Flagship hints at a monopoly. Will go back to my childhood days when I was the car washer. People could do better with "at-home wash and detail".
