      I approached an employee at the Springfield VA car wash after I saw him blow his nose on a red towel used to wipe the cars, but he ignored me. I then spoke with the assistant manager, who acknowledged what I said but dismissed me. Afterward, I explained the situation to the clerk. The assistant manager later approached me and offered an apology.

      This car wash is a scam! Not only can you not reach them by phone, they are extremely rude on email. My husband was told it was a one month sign up not a recurring charge. When I noticed our bill was recurring I emailed to cancel and was charged twice! Once for the September bill and one for canceling! We visited this car wash ONE TIME and have paid $240! They won't provide the paperwork we signed and the car wash has been closed for the past week. This is a terrible business model, stay away from this business!

      They double charge me regularly and refuse to fix the problem. The sticker on my car never works when I go there. It's impossible to cancel your subscription without physically going into a location. You can't call the number they provide and the online request form doesn't work either. The whole operation is a scam. DO NOT ENROLL! Or better yet, DO NOT EVEN VISIT ONCE BECAUSE THEY WILL STORE YOUR CC INFO AND START CHARGING YOU MONTHLY WITHOUT YOUR PERMISSION AND THEN MAKE IT ALMOST IMPOSSIBLE TO CANCEL IT.

      WARNING and be very careful with this car wash. They sold an unlimited wash for two months in Jan then charged my credit card in Mar for $39.99 monthly membership without authorization. Called to cancelled but they said no refund without extenuating circumstances like a car accident. Also reference a text they said was sent to confirm membership but all that text said was "Reply YES to confirm you are a member of Floagship Carwash ******************* and receive exclusinve ************************ Very deceitful business practice.

      WARNING! Classic ************** @ the ********, ***************. location. The actual wash was OK. What I would like to warn others about is that they sold me an unlimited wash for 2 months for $20 and one month later charged me again. I only agreed because the employee assured me it was a one time deal, no contract, no future payments. I made sure to ask. He assured me it was 2 months, one payment. Called today to cancel and made sure to receive a cancellation confirmation email before I hung up the phone.

      Be careful, with this car wash, they will charge your credit car for a monthly membership and not tell you. I just so happened to be looking at my online banking. The woman that answered the phone did not seem a bit concerned about my bank having to cancel my debit card and re-issue another. I was never told this would be a re-occurring charge. Very disrespectful and deceitful.

      Id rate zero if I were able to. Not sure how they havent gotten into major lawsuits. They overcharged me, then made me wait over a week to ask for my money back-said that management has to okay it-they also wouldnt refund me until I went in and filled out a form for my money that they illegally charged-to this day I still have not received my money. Not once has my car come out clean. The machine shuts off while youre in the middle of it and the attendants tell you to just drive out. Avoid these car washes at all cost.

      An employee stole a $200 lottery ticket from me and then the MANAGER ACCUSE me of me of lying before video THERE proved it ONLY AFTER I CALLED 911!! The employee immediately cashed it on video at the gas station next door, but the manager didnt bother checking his own video before defaming me and accusing me of lying. Then, AFTER LITERALLY ADMITTING THE EMPLOYEE STOLE IT, the manager committed conversion, admitting they had my money, but refused for period to give it back after admitting it, even when the sheriff came, saying they would not give the money back itll I pressed charges!!!! Caused me a panic attack as I was leaving for ************ and itlronically was about to cash that ticket at the next door gas station for extra spending money., and EMTs had to come. It lasted a very long time. They just had the nerve to email me to vote @flagshipcarwash as #BestOfLoudoun in @AshburnMagazine .BEWARE!!!! UNLESS YOU THREATEN CHARGESAND EVEN AFTER LAW ENFORCEMENT IS CALLED, all they care about is themselves and will turn a blind eye when their employees literally steal items in your car. THEY MAY ACCUSE YOU OF LYING/EXTORTION BEFORE CONFIRMING YOUR STORY. Most of this was videoed, and a police report was created. The last straw though was them emailing me to vote for them as Best Of LOUDOUN!!!!!! Ive never in my life had anything stolen from any vehicle before while at a car wash since I got my license in ****, until that day.

      Beware of SCAM. I got the One Month car wash and I told the attendance specifically that I only want just ONE Month car wash only. She confirmed that only one month. But the following month, I noticed that my bank showed a new transaction from Flagship that I did not use. I called the company many times, and left messages but did not received the call back. I finally, went to one of the local Flagship and the attendant told me she will call the manager and call me back later, but I never received any calls from her.

      I went to wash my car on the ************* location in ******** on December 31, 2023. My 2015 ****** rogue passenger mirror was broken and my mat for the front was missing. I filed a complaint on site same day and Ive emailed. Since then I have received no response from them regarding the issue.
