      Trying to reach a live person required me clicking on the BBB link. No phone number listed on the Flagship webpage. In January, I requested in writing that one of my two monthly subscriptions be cancelled. Find out in July that request went ignored and I have been paying for the unwanted subscription for the last 6 months. The person that I spoke with over the phone would only issue a credit towards my first subscription and for only three of the six months. Not sure that this is qualifies for a A+ rating in anyone's books!

      I took my car to get washed on May 1, 2025. The manager walked into the wash bay while my car was being washed and immediately made a face. Upon leaving the ********, I walked to the side of my car and saw that my truck was freshly scratched. I immediately went to the manager and told him. He went to watch the tape and tried to avoid documenting the damage. He tried at all costs not to fill out the damage report. I immediately thereafter called their complaint line and filed a claim because I could tell that the manager wasn't going to submit my claim. I also did another claim online to make sure that I had all bases covered. It has been over 2 weeks and still no answers what so ever. Every time I call the complaint line, they have no information and only offer to submit a FOURTH claim. I had even spoken to a manager of another store who tried to reach out to that district manager, and still no answers from anyone!When that manager saw the tapes showing that he literally watched the damage being done to my car, corporate is now trying to hide and duck my claim. That location is NOT honest and I will NEVER go back there, and corporate is enabling it.

      While the car wash itself does a decent job, NEVER sign up for any of their promotions. This place and SOME of the workers are thieves and frauds. They didnt cancel my promotional membership even after requested and after surrendering my barcode, they told me it was used. It wasnt used by me. I then was charged again the following month despite sending them a photo of the cancellation and refund receipt that the worker didnt want to provide me. Ive never had such a problem before and Ill NEVER be back to this place again. I shouldve known the red Flag at Flagship was when the person who filled out the cancellation/refund paperwork didnt want to provide a receipt. Fortunately, there were witnesses to the nonsense and I was able to take a picture of the document yet theyve continued to charge me and no, it wasnt part of any agreement. There are other more ethical options who easily accomplish the exact same thing. Please look at my other reviews, I dont do this so yes, it must be THAT BAD.

      I have gone through this car wash twice where it suddenly stops spraying and the giant moving brushes are still active scratching my car to the point where its is like sand paper on the car. The machine and the conveyer belt like track that is used not only was misguided by the employee to scrape against the railing, but the employees seemed to act as if I interrupting there break while working. This is not the first time I have had an issue with the same car wash but at a different location off of ***** store **** in *********** va. I approached a manager with a question about the interface on the inside of my car struggling to work after they had cleaned the screen. I asked them if they wouldnt mind re cleaning the screen because each time I attempted to use it, it didnt register my finger after I used there service. The manager off of ***** store **** responded that they dont touch the screen while cleaning the interior. In other words not taking any responsibility for touching or cleaning the screen to avoid the entire issue. This is the reason I switched to a different location because the manager even chest bumped me while I was carrying a coffee which outright is unacceptable and a untrue statement. Each time I had gone there I witnessed the employees cleaning my screen which at first I enjoyed but came to realize it affected my screen. I am a reasonable person and tried to resolve it appropriately thinking the solution they use may just be a little thicker and I asked them to rewash it. After being yelled at and followed out to my car where I was there chest bumped and attempted to viciously be reminded that my complaint was unreasonable with a scare tactic. I decided to switch to another local Carwash in the same area and still I have them another chance thinking that this one just may be poorly managed. In conclusion Id never recommend anyone bring there car to this business if they treat people this way. God forbid you have a complaint. Less than??

      DO NOT SIGN UP FOR A TRIAL MEMBERSHIP!!!!!!!!!Fraudulent business practices and incompetent staff. On a visit where I was paying to wash my car and my sons car (who was behind me in line), the attendant told me that I should go ahead and sign up for a trial membership, because what I was paying that day for one wash on each car, would pay the monthly trial membership. As a skeptic of joining memberships, I asked all the right questions to ensure that this would truly be on a trial basis with no strings attached. As I kept abreast of the days tensing in this 30 day trial membership, I thought Id ask a different attendant on a different visit about this no strings attached 30 day trial membership. His attendant told me up front that he was not too sure about the membership program details, so I asked for a number that I could call to gather more info. I called the number and was told that I waited too long to cancel, so I will be charged for the month of December, and the price for the membership would increase. Now mind you, she told me I should have called within 5 days before the next cycle begins for the membership. I was within a 10 day window, having not even known about a 5 day rule! She then took all of my information to include the nature of my complaint) and said she would reach out to corporate, and someone from corporate would give me a call. I also went through this same process with her, for my sobs membership that I am paying for. I HAVE YET TO HEAR FROM CORPORATE! There have also been times when Ive had to finish cleaning the exterior of my car , the hood, doors, etc, because the guys with the wands upon entry did absolutely nothing. One day when I was vacuuming my car and completing my exterior wash), an older employee snatched one of the wands from one of those cars, and began the prelim wash himself, trying to show them the correct way to do it. This place has been extremely disappointing.

      I had the same experience as others below: I signed up to try a one-month membership at the ******************************************************************************** location, and only recently learned that they have been billing my card for a monthly membership ever since. I went in person to cancel and seek a refund, but there was no manager and the attendant said she was unable to help. She gave me a number to call, which was answered after 10 minutes on hold. I was informed that they could not reimburse me even though I had not authorized the recurring membership,

      WARNING!!! Fraudulent, shady business. I only purchases a single-time carwash in August. Little did I know the attendant signed me up for a membership. The car wash alone was $22, but then they charged me in September (without my knowledge and consent) for another $22... and then they charged me $40 this month out of the blue. This car wash is an absolute scam. They didn't answer their phones, they took way too long to answer their live chat, and they refused to give me any refund because they have a NO refund policy except if you die, get hospitalized, or a very extenuating circumstance. I did not sign up for a membership, and they're stealing money.

      I purchased a membership and was told that the price would be the same for it entirely, however they have been charging me double in price. I contacted the company to rectify for them to make it right and they of course didnt blamed me. Not to mention most times the wait time is over and hour and the machines are malfunctioning. I am still waiting for a call back and never received one. I also spoke to a representative who was rude and refused to escalate my call.

      I approached an employee at the Springfield VA car wash after I saw him blow his nose on a red towel used to wipe the cars, but he ignored me. I then spoke with the assistant manager, who acknowledged what I said but dismissed me. Afterward, I explained the situation to the clerk. The assistant manager later approached me and offered an apology.
