"Went to get my car washed @ store # c54 Friday ran it through came out ready to dry, when my wife exited the vehicle she noticed thick heavy grease all along the passenger side of the vehicle, I quickly went to notify the operators of the situation I spoke with ***** ******* the general managers onsite he was very helpful, and immediately accessed the situation, he offers to clean the grease off himself, and I was ok with that. The manager ***** was able to get a hold of the situation, and shut the wash down, he proceeded to clean the grease off the vehicle, meanwhile also onsite was the operational manager Del ******* , Del instructed one of his employees get the info off of the vehicle so he could look up camera footage entering the wash, found dirt form my tires, and proceeded to accuse me of introducing the grease into the wash, which wasn't true I confronted him about it and, demanded an apology which he proceed to ignore me, and my request as if to be above it all, I was very offended, as I am a recurring customer." ...
