      Odered a elk shooting target. Got it on the horns were damaged and looked like they were eaten by mice and had a big crack on them. I called was told they would let me return it never got a return label called back 3 more times same answer (no label ) . Finally get a shipping label but i have to pay for shipping my self. This whole process has take over one month. Not happy i just want my money back

      Ordered and eotech exps3-0 and SureFire batteries for a Labor Day sale paid for 2 day shipping called a week later when it hadnt shipped and they canceled my order still have not received funds back ($672)

      This company is absolutely terrible. Multiple times I have ordered products from this this company and maybe about half get shipped the rest they make up imaginary shipping restrictions usually when you use a coupon code with a big discount and use it as a justification to cancel an order. Even in their own shipping restrictions policy which they sent with the order cancellation notice had no such restriction on any of the products ordered. Highly recommend fellow firearms owners to purchase from a more reputable company.

      Forewarning, they make you pick a star, this company doesnt deserve 1 starThis is the most ************ in *******. They lie to consumers, sell products they dont have and cant get, everything they say has strings attached. If you want actual products, stay away from this company. Theyll tell you itll ship in 1-3weeks and then change your order to 1-1.5 months out. Ive seen better business models from 6 year old kids. Absolute disgrace to American Businesses.????

      They list products as in stock, take your money and pretend like they will ship when they can't even acquire the item. They are non-repsonsive to complaints. Email I Sent Them:"I need to know how you intend to acquire items that are no longer in production. If black diamond is not making green sun layers anymore and you do not have any on hand, it would appear to me that it is a clear lie to claim you are going to sell and ship out these sun layers.You wasted my time. I had an opportunity to buy some of the last sun layers in Green and went with your company because you make it sound like you have the product there, on hand, ready to go.You understand how this is an issue right? Telling people you will ship out an item in ***** days when you don't even have the item in hand. That's called a "Back Order" and if I had known I wouldn't of wasted my valuable time.I will be filling complains with BBB, ****** and more. You need to figure out what you can actually sell and what you can't, you need to keep track of manufacturer discontinued products. I need your name in specific."

      The shipping companies they use are awful have ordered from here four times with my fingers crossed everytime I pay extra for shipping 3 business days so far its been over 10 with no way of tracking my package it hasnt even updated in 4 days they dont care about the customers if they are cheaping out on shipping cost going to third rate companies this place is a joke I wouldnt buy from them AT ALL and when I called and told them I couldnt track they lied to me and said it was out for delivery just to get me off the phone complete trash

      Was charged for the purchase price and shipping of an in stock item 18 days ago. I have requested 3 times I believe now through their online chat feature as well as through email that my order be immediately cancelled. I am constantly getting the run around about how I have to wait for this or that. Finally I was told that Id have to wait at least 15 days before they could file a lost package claim and then I would hear from them. Its been well over 15 days now and I still have not heard from them (as anticipated).

      Never received purchase but still charged $10 shipping. They intentionally use the cheapest and most unreliable shipping partner while charging customers inflated shipping rates. Even when it's lost in shipping, they charge and profit from customers.

      Placed an order on 5/16 and paid for next business day delivery. I received an email later that day stating my order shipped and included a *** tracking number. The tracking number indicated that only a label had been created. I called Optics Planet and they confirmed they were showing the items shipped 5/16 but had no explanation for where they were or why *** tracking showed only a label had been created. Optics Planet customer service submitted a ticket to have their warehouse investigate if the products actually did ship or if they were still sitting in a warehouse. Now, 5/21, they have no idea how quickly Ill find out what the resolution is on their investigation. First and last time ever ordering from this company. My order was over $2k. This is ridiculous and unacceptable.
