  It's unfortunate that most people only leave reviews when something goes wrong so here goes. I've purchased a lot of products (17 orders in total) from optics planet for a little over a year now since placing my first order and every once in a while something gets delayed like a handguard I had to wait on, I reordered another identical one, also waiting on the second one too but that's alright. I completely understand that's on the manufacturer to produce another, not optics planets fault so I'm not going to bash them for it. 99% of my 17 different orders the items have arrived within a week, sometimes two weeks to *********** ******** using their super saving shipping. I've bought everything from Red dot sights, magnifiers, scopes, a DSI complete upper on sale, handguards, triggers, Ambi safeties, fortis buffer extension castle nut lock assemblies, a bunch of ************** parts like their silent captured buffers, low mass and variable mass bolt carriers, some superlative arms adjustable gas blocks, a bunch of 10 Rd magazines, sig ***** range finder, a bunch of tools like fix it sticks and ar small parts and accessories, most recent was 4 ***** OverMolded stocks and locks for them to make them NY compliant. I will continue to buy from them whenever I need something, their prices are fantastic. One thing I've learned about the firearm industry is to be patient, this isn't Amazon where it might show up in a day or two. It's the same from every other online retailer I've purchased from. If you're in a rush, find it locally or call and confirm it's available so you don't have to worry about it.

  They sent an item to an address that isn't on file. They told me then to call the person who lives there as if I have their number. Unbelievable.

  STAY AWAY FROM OPTICS PLANET,,, The first time I made an order with Optics Planet, I ordered a combo light/laser for my HK and made the order on the phone with them. I thought everything was fine until about 7 days later I checked to see what the status of my delivery was and found out they cancelled my order. No notice from them at all. I called and talked to a supervisor, *****, and she gave me NO REASON why they cancelled my order, only to say, "at our discretion we cancelled your order".I have ordered artillery related items from many companies for years and never had a problem until this. I will NEVER do business with these people again and neither should you.

  Ordered an F1913 folding pistol brace from them. It arrived and does not function as advertised. Asked for a replacement, company says "all sales are final". What a ridiculous position for a company to take.

  Buyers BEWARE: listed on their site: "By visiting our website, doing business with OpticsPlanet, and/or otherwise engaging with OpticsPlanet, you give consent to the implementation of OpticsPlanets policies". Familiarize yourself with their policies before buying. They do track your information and they have terrible customer service due to these policies.

  I ordered a Blazin Deal Thor Thermal Optic Scope on September 12, 2024, and received an email confirming the order. However, after waiting over a month (October 13, 2024), the scope never arrived. Instead, I continued receiving promotional emails from Blazin Deal with more sales offers.
  When I logged into their site to check on my order status, I found out it had been canceled—without any notification or explanation. This was incredibly frustrating. If they weren’t going to honor the sale, the least they could do is inform their customers.
  I called them because I was really upset. The customer service person said Yes they canceled my order on there end. They said I would have to reorder the scope. Well yes I could but today that scope they have listed for $200.00 more even with a discount code and now there is no free shipping.
  It seems like the deal was too "blazin" for them to follow through. Be cautious when shopping with them, as my experience was disappointing and left me feeling like they’re not reliable or transparent. I wouldn't recommend them based on this ordeal.

  OpticsPlanet is a total scam - I had a purchase lined up - saved in cart, I waited overnight to make the purchase in the early am - when I logged back in, it increased the price of the item saved in cart (by $100) in the final stages of purchase - this is outright fraud, not 'dynamic pricing' - steer clear of this dumpster fire of a company..

  Don't order from this place. They don't care if you receive your items. I have almost 300 worth of merchandise that has been missing for 10 days in the Postal system. They refuse to do anything.

  ********* company do not do business.....purchased an expensive item well over $2,000 and paid for 3-5 business day shipping. Now 12 days later and nothing. They said nothing we can do except refund your shipping and wait for it to show up.Terrible company
