      CB2 uses FragilePak for a bunch of morons and liars!Over the last two weeks I have tried repeatedly to fill out their online form. IT DOES NOT WORK. YOU HIT SEND AND NOTHING HAPPENS.They just kept emailing from a "no-reply" email address saying they needed the information.FINALLY someone emailed me from my online complaint. He apologized for their broken app and promised a delivery today between ****. I gave them a name and a number to call. Here is what happened:Driver called me at 1:19 he was 10 min away. So I was here with in 10 min. That he would wait for me. Never saw a truck. When I spoke with them this morning they told me they would call me 30 minutes before arrival . Then I called and spoke to a lady she told me they were held up another job and they would be here by three. I got here at 1:30 and leaving at 4:30 then I talked to a man and he told me he would call me I am still waiting for a call back.********** TOLD ME SOMEONE TRIED TO DELIVER AT 1. THAT IS A LIE.THIS IS A ****D COMMUNITY. THE MEN AT THE **** SAID NO ONE FROM FRAGILE*** ATTEMPTED DELIVERY.I WILL NEVER DO BUSINESS WITH CB2 OR FRAGILE *** AGAIN.

      I placed my first order on October 24th and was given an eta around Oct.29-Oct.31st. No other emails sent to me. I waited patiently and then given a eta of Nov.5-6th and that didn't happen. I called customer service and ******* put me on the longest wait time and then said he will need my phone number and will call me back tomorrow with an update. He said they would expediate the shipping and send out the curtain. Well that night I was checking my Amex card and I was charged $26.88! I never approved that charge and I asked for a refund. Instead of refunding my card they sent me a gift card which basically means I have to purchase from them again. I am still waiting for my package and today a customer service rep said it should be arriving in 4 days. I have even asked for a refund of the $179 for the panel but they keep telling me I should receive the package soon. Reps are charging cards and I am not hearing the truth.

      My experience with them has been like a nightmare! I have placed an order for 4 chairs. l in in July and I still haven't received them.. I have contacted them several times and received no resolution. they have the worst customer service ever. the holidays are coming up and I still don't have the dining chairs that I ordered 5 months ago. I asked them to cancel my order, but they said this is a made to order product and we cannot cancel the order. The ETA for my order was mid-September, and this is November and I still don't have my chairs. I even talk to the managers they did not help me at all. Right now, their website shows that 2 of my chairs are ready to ship but there is no update on the shipment. They need to find a solution for my order as soon as possible. if they Can't ship my order, they need to let me know so I can purchase different products before Thanksgiving!! Would never shop here again!!

      We had a good experience in store ordering our bed frame and bedroom furniture in ****************** in *******. After that, the experience goes downhill very quickly and significantly. We were told that 2/3 items would arrive by our move in date (which is why we ordered them) and then we were promptly informed that our bed frame was actually not going to arrive at least for another month. We had to order a new one and reschedule delivery so we had somewhere to sleep. Then on delivery date, the Crate & Barrel driver from XPO logistics arrived in back of our house even though we had called ahead to verify there was construction and they had to come in a slightly different way to get to the front door. The driver came in and saw the bedroom and then we went back to the truck. He insisted that he could not drive on the street he needed to use to get to our front door even though I walked him through MULTIPLE options to do so and informed him that our moving truck (same size) had also done so with ease. I then communicated directly with the construction staff and got them to move TWO of their trucks so that the Crate & Barrel delivery truck could move up to the front door. The delivery truck driver then got back in his vehicle WITHOUT saying anything productive or helpful and drove away. I was standing outside for over 30 minutes during this entire interaction and the driver didnt make any effort to deliver our bed frame and dresser when he absolutely could have. We will now go at least another week we are told without a bed frame that we paid thousands of dollars for. Absolutely horrific customer service and straight up lazy and rude delivery from XPO.

      Will never order from this company again. Crate & Barrel brought a cracked dresser to me on Sunday for a $300 shipping fee and I called on Sunday later that day to try to get a redelivery, and they couldnt help me. I called Monday and talked to two different customer service people, they could not help but promised to email me personally and through an automated email from Crate and Barrel. I didnt hear a thing from anyone. I called today (Tuesday) and surprise, no help again. Supposedly my case has been elevated to a supervisor and now I get to wait an additional ***** hours to hear back. Wow talk about customer service! In the meantime I have nine drawers worth of clothes on the ground, the guest room and bags in my hallway and no clue when I will get my 9-drawer dresser. I paid thousands of dollars for this dresser and this horrendous level of service. Order your furniture from anywhere else! Buyer beware, they will take your money and not deliver.

      Orders in the past were always carefully packaged, but I experienced shipping delays. **************** was a crapshoot.Recent orders are not well packaged, orders are arriving late and damaged; billing processes are confusing as ****, agents are confusing, slow, have lied to me and hung up on me. My most recent issue (getting a replacement for a damaged plate) required "ten" calls to resolve and will require additional follow up beyond this. ************* but I'm now looking elsewhere.

      Terrible service. Gift card didnt arrive and I had to jump through hoops, four phone calls, screen shots of receipt. Still waiting for refund. Going to West Elm instead.

      Wanted to give zero stars! Zero is what they think of their customers. It is also the amount of customer service you will receive. The ********************** we knew and loved is gone. Quality is poor, employees are not trained and customer service is nonexistent. Go elsewhere and save yourself some frustration.

      I would give zero stars if I could. Purchased a ******* sofa, loveseat and ottoman from Crate and Barrel, took 11 months, then they sent the wrong thing. Finally received in late August 2022, it is absolutely awful quality. In less than a year the fabric has pilled, stretched and looks like its 10 years old. We are two 40 year olds with no kids, a small dog and dont smoke. **************** is no help whatsoever and told us it is not their problem that the couches and ottoman are poor quality and have been rude and refused any resolution. Buyers beware the quality is not what it used to be.
