My policy is paid and I have file 2 claims and both denied my expenses are over $15k. When I bought the warranty they asked for the vin #. but never requested pictures of the vehicle. No they are saying my policy is void or canceled because I have altered the vehicle. I bought the vehicle as is and no alterations were made. Horrible experience. I dont recommend. I would not leave a star, but its asking me to rate it with a star

Filed 2 separate claims and got denied with both and I am talking over $2000 in repairs. This is really frustrating and dissatisfied with the services. If my package was not fully paid for O would cancel in a heartbeat!

Avoid Endurance ************** at All Costs I strongly advise against purchasing Endurance **************. Their advertising is highly misleading. While they claim you can choose your own mechanic, what they conveniently fail to mention is they impose a strict cap on labor rates leaving you to cover the ************* my case, I had my cars tie rod ends replaced at a certified **** dealership. When the dealer contacted Endurance for payment, they were informed Endurance's maximum labor reimbursement was $23/hour less than the dealership's rate forcing me to pay the difference out of pocket.Additionally, I had other repairs performed that were clearly covered under my contract. However, because the dealer didnt include those repairs in the initial inquiry, Endurance flat-out refused to pay even though the contract showed the work was eligible.Another critical issue is that Endurance can take months to pay mechanics leaving many repair shops unwilling to work with them at all. If your mechanic refuses to deal with Endurance, you're out of ******* contrast, I've had zero issues with my dealer's extended warranty on my other vehicle prompt payment, no hidden clauses, and no headaches. Before considering any third-party warranty company, check with your dealer first. It could save you a massive amount of frustration and unexpected expenses.Steer clear of Endurance.

My reason for cancelling is due to warranty coverage. Endurance is by far the worse warranty company ever. It covers absolutely nothing even though it states in the contract what it covers but when the repair shops call it is always an issue of why they wont cover it. I have called and made claims on many occasions on things that should have been covered by due to the small print on Endurances side it is not covered under warranty. I have wasted my money for over a year and have had to pay out of pocket thousands of dollars for mechanical issues/repairs not covered. I would never recommend this company. It is fraudulent and horrible claim. ***** ********* is the worse accounting manager ever. He claimed I was not up to date with normal maintenance on my car. l which is per his poor judgement is one of the reasons why my claim was denied. He also claimed that the repair shop that did my repairs was not licensed and could result in termination of my contract. The repair shop I had my repairs done initially reported the repairs to ****** so how is that shop unlicensed. He has horrible customer service. He is one of the main reasons I cancelled so abruptly yesterday. I wasted my time and money in this company which was not worth it at all. I actually would like a refund for the multi coverage plans I had. I have had to pay out of pocket for every single repair I have had for my vehicles. I needed an oil house pump, they did not cover it because there was no coolant in the car..well of course it was no longer because it was a coolant leakage due to the oil housing pump. Now I need a water pump which clearly is covered but according to the claims **** I need a sealant repair in which I do not have sealant protection so that claim was denied. Who knew about sealant protection? No one explained any of this when I purchased my warranty. The warranty covers nothing despite the contract I pay monthly for two vehicles. I cancelled the warranty service.

My experience with endurance is just awful out of the vehicles that I have paid for coverage with this **************** the three repairs that I submitted were all ended up not being covered by endurance one was clearly above board in their reasons but it was almost like fine print issues. When I paid more to avoid that in future situations it's still resulted in them not honoring my claims. The last claim there was no grounds not to honor my claim. Whatever concerns they had I addressed them. They took a long time in considering the claim long times in responding back to me and eventually denied the claim.

If I could give no stars I would. They not an accredited business in no shape or form. They won't cover anything. When we reached out to ask why and get details they wouldn't provide any information. Even after we told them they are legally obligated to provide this information to their customers. Bottom line DO NOT DEAL WITH THIS "COMPANY".

Buyer Beware! DO NOT purchase a warranty from this company. I purchased a Level 4 contract througth a dealer with the expectation that money would be paid out for routine services, as well as all other major components of the vehicle. I have NEVER once been able to use their services. Most shops i have gone to have never heard of this company. I asked if I could send in receipts for all routine repairs i have made from date the contract was purchased, and i was told no, all work must be pre-approved. I tried to cancel my contract today, but was told since the dealer i purchased the contract went out of business i would only be given back a small admin portion of the contract. Talk about a huge waste of money. $2,590 down the drain with zero resoltuion.

Vehicle has been in the shop since the second week of Sept. First diagnosis was the turbo. After several delays, Endurance asked if I would accept a used turbo and it would be covered by the warranty I agreed. It took over a week for the turbo to arrive at the repair facility. Further inspection revealed it was a bad valve issue and the motor would have to be rebuilt/replaced. Now the "Endurance Train" has come to a complete stop. They wanted the engine completely tore down, (at my expense), so the root cause can be determined. Note they haven't even sent an adjuster to look at the Mini ******...this is being done over the phone. Now after more delays, I am awaiting "underwriting" to complete the claim. Beware of this companies "verbal sales tactics" as what they tell you and what the contract states are NOT the same. The State of Oregon sued Endurance for their telephonic sales tactics as well as advertising practices.
