Filed 2 separate claims and got denied with both and I am talking over $2000 in repairs. This is really frustrating and dissatisfied with the services. If my package was not fully paid for O would cancel in a heartbeat!

Vehicle has been in the shop since the second week of Sept. First diagnosis was the turbo. After several delays, Endurance asked if I would accept a used turbo and it would be covered by the warranty I agreed. It took over a week for the turbo to arrive at the repair facility. Further inspection revealed it was a bad valve issue and the motor would have to be rebuilt/replaced. Now the "Endurance Train" has come to a complete stop. They wanted the engine completely tore down, (at my expense), so the root cause can be determined. Note they haven't even sent an adjuster to look at the Mini ******...this is being done over the phone. Now after more delays, I am awaiting "underwriting" to complete the claim. Beware of this companies "verbal sales tactics" as what they tell you and what the contract states are NOT the same. The State of Oregon sued Endurance for their telephonic sales tactics as well as advertising practices.

I have repeated requested in phone calls to Endurance Dealer Services to CEASE and REMOVE my elderly mother from their mailing/advertising list as it is VERY confusing to her. When I called today, and they wanted me to provide the Finder Code, which I did, in the correspondence received. Then they wanted me to confirm my mother year, make, and model of her vehicle and I refused. I am a licensed insurance agent in the State of ******* and explained to them, this is a scam and harassment to my mother multiple times per month. I am filing this official complaint AND filing a complaint with the State Attorney General in ******** and *******. I refused to provide additional information allowing them to further harass my mother and they refused to transfer me to anyone beyond the girl I who answered the call because she said I didn't complete the "2 step process". SCAM SCAM SCAM AND HARRASSMENT!!!!! This needs to STOP or I will be having my attorney send a CEASE AND DISIST LETTER on behalf of my mother.

Ive been getting letters several times a week telling me that there is either a problem with my ****** ************************ Plan or that the price is going up. When I call the dealer, I am told this is a scam but there is nothing they can do about it since this information is somehow public. I feel I am being harassed and that such letters are giving ****** a very bad name. The latest is from some company named ENDURANCE, ************************************** signed ******* ********************* there anything you can do to stop this blatant fraud? My dealer (Flow ****** of ***************, **) suggested that I contact the BBB about this.

PREDITORS!!!! I receive a similar letter from Endurance Dealer Services almost monthly for several years. I have sent them back requesting to be taken off of the mailing list. I have NEVER APPLIED TO OR CALLED THIS COMPANY! The last letter read as such: "Dear --------, We have just been advised there will be a Price Increase to our Extended Vehicle Serve Plans effective ----. By contacting us now you can avoid the price increase and still cover your investment from the high cost of unexpected repairs. P.S. Depending on your make and mileage, prices will rise between $150 and $500 per year. Sincerely, Re---ca P-----son, Vehicle Protection Coordinator" And it's not a short letter, it takes up 1/3 of the page, detailed about why you need to contact them, with expiration dates, office days and times and your own Customer ID#. If you weren't sure if you were a member or if you had recently purchased a vehicle and thought this was part of your extended warranty through the dealership, these people would SCAM YOU!!I honestly don't know what it takes, but hopefully you do. Please GET ME OFF OF THEIR MAILING LIST. Thank you.

BBB and Consumer Protections should SHUT this criminally predatory agency down. Praying on the uninformed and misinformation. Event the *** of a MAJOR dealer where I recently purchased a new vehicle - cautioned us repeatedly to be aware of this company. BEWARE. SCAM.

This business makes false advertising and promises to receive payment for services without paying client's interaction or input to any adjuster / uncertified inspector of covered automobile mechanical functions.

TERRIBLE!!! I fell for it talked with A---- Park- about getting a extended warranty. I asked all the questions and still didn't feel like it was a good policy. *************- assured me to just pay the startup fee and your monthly payments and all everything will be covered. WRONG what a LIAR this whole company is!!! Paid the monthly fees starting in January and my truck broke down in April and found out that the part is not covered and he is the great thing they found a small leak with the value cover which policy covers but when my mechanic talked with Endurance they said they don't cover small leaks, ENDURANCE said "MINOR loss of fluid or seepage is considered normal and is not covered a mechanical Breakdown". WHAT a joke!!! I learned a hard ******* STAY AWAY FROM THIS COMPANY!!!!!! THEY JUST STEAL YOUR MONEY!!! I AM CANCELING ASAP.
