    Horrible experience. Ordered a go kart for my son for Christmas and at first they were extremely helpful but what I found out is that they sold me a bunch of lies. I ordered my product in November 28th and was told I would have it by December *****th. I called on the 16th and was told I am glad you called we are having problems with this model being shipped so if you want it before Christmas you will need to change your model I did this and it is now 4 days pat Christmas and I keep getting calls saying it will arrive tomorrow. If you want your kids Christmas or birthday ruined this is a great place to do business with. They have become the opposite of helpful at this point and even rude depending on who I get when I call in. Definitely starting to be concerned about the legitimacy of my purchase at this point.
