  They did not honor what I told them i wanted. No stars for them I am disabled and my son is also disabled. I went online to purchase the Coco Truck golf cart for him as a special Christmas gift. It was delivered after 9;pm on 12/09. I can't go out but had my son-in-law do an overall look and there were things in the dash that did not work. I called the company parts and service department and spoke to someone named **** He told me to have someone check and make sure something didn't giggle loose in transport. I told him I don't have anyone in my family that is a mechanic. This golf cart was extremely expensive. so they are telling me I will have to pay more to have it fixed! I live in ******* and they are based in ********. On closer inspection several items were a concern. Nothing shown on the dashboard working. The bed of the truck was suppose to be bolted but was assembled with screws. Hmm how long before the bed falls off. I am not a wealthy woman and even if I was would not finance this for over ********. oh another thing is the paint is coming off around one of the door handles. I called them and ask that they pick it up. as I told the sales person from the start that I would send it back. He assured me it would be in mint condition and that they used American made parts and would fix or replace any parts. I called the number provided and the woman was very angry and would not listen to me. she told me I could not cancel when I told her I was sending it back. she told me I would just ruin my credit. This golfcart has not been driven. It was a surprise for my son that has Down Syndrome. I would have loved if it had been what they claimed it to be. Someone help me..I will not pay one ***** on this. It is not safe. I am so sick and disappointed.

  BUYER BEWARE !!! False Advertising!!!! I purchased a motorcycle lift carrier for my motorhome, so I could also pull my jeep. I called the company and talked to sales rep ***** by phone. I told him that I have a 2016 ****** ******** **. glide. I told him how much it weighs and the Jeep that I was going to be towing behind. I also told him our motorhome is a 40ft, 350 hp diesel rear engine motorhome. I received the hitch carrier in about 5 to 6 weeks time. I had the lift professionally installed. I hooked everything up for a test drive before our 2400 mile trip. I drove around my neighborhood for two blocks of left turns then two blocks of right turns at maximum 25 mph. got back to my house and inspected the carrier. It was severely damaged and bent. UNUSABLE !!!The advertisement that I found on their website shows a completely different hitch lift than what I received. The one they sent me only lifted my bike 12 to 14 inches off the ground. It never would have gone cross country, more than likely it would have fallen off and caused a major accident on the freeway. I contacted the company and sent video and pictures supporting the complaint. They told me that I mustve went over a big bump. How RIDICULOUS is that? I want a refund!!!! They said they could not give us our money back but would send us replacement parts. What the heck do I want with more JUNK that would do the same thing!!! If I could give them zero stars, that is the appropriate rating, but since one is the lowest rating thats what I had to go with. DO NOT BUY ANYTHING from this company!!!!!

  This company is a high pressure low quality company. They are selling items under false advertising. I purchased a trike kit from ****. I was told this kit was for my model bike/scooter. He say I just needed a little mechanical ability and that there may need to drill a new whole for the brackets to work. But only needed minor modifications for everything to work properly. None of these statements are true. I have had 2 motorcycle mechanics and 2 fabricators look at this trike kit. They tell me it will not fit properly and would not be safe. I along with the professionals I have taken the bike to have talked to **** in the parts/service and he has repeated the same mantra that I heard from **** which is: Need to be mechanically inclined and slight modifications. The ad reads fits all models.not true and not safe.Will not except any returns so buyer be ready to lose money to this unethical company. I left a one star rating only because it requires some sort of rating to continue. Should actually be a zero!

  Made a purchase for a Mini Jeep, The product was mis- represented so 4 months later this has yet to be resolved . I Have emailed Kahli numerous times now and he WILL NOT RESPOND. This is the poorest company to do business with. Don't make the same mistake I did. Read all of the posted reviews before ordering anything from Saferwholesale.com

  Buyer Beware! Buyer Beware! Buyer Beware! That's all you need to know. I purchased an ATV for my kids. On first ride, it rattled and shook terribly, was underpowered and the thin cable used to transition from Drive to Reverse broke on day one. It came with seatbelts assembled incorrectly, the ignition switch was loose and fell out (I reinstalled).I read the return policy and decided to take the hit on the 20percent "restocking" fee and shipping. Policy also says you have 7 days to return. I called the parts department who wanted to wanted to kick the can down the road pas the 7 day return policy. The minute I mentioned I wanted to return the item before the 7days was up. He flew into a rage and started screaming at me in an effort to sever any further communication. Overall this thing was extremely overpriced and made with the cheapest materials. My kids are sick having to look a this thing just sitting, unusable.

  I bought a new Linhai Hybrid Big Hammer 200 VX side by side for $7500. After only a little over 4 months the unit stopped running. The retailer I bought it from is Saferwholesale *********, ** *****. After several e-mails to them I cannot get anyone to answer my emails or help to get my unit fixed. I have tried to call them and when I ask for customer service they transfer me and then the call ends. What do I have to do to get my unit fixed or replaced or a refund because I'm retired and on a fixed income and feel I have been taken advantage of. Please help.

  On May 17, 2023 I bought 4 Persons FAR Infrared Sauna ******** Hemiock Modern Dream, Sales #G752762, total amount $2,823.95 including express Shipping. The order was delivered with a big delay on June 16, 2023. The shipment was damaged, the glass door was broken, and packaging was damaged. I rejected the shipment and notified Great Sports **** on June 16, 2023, and June 19, 2023, and provided photos of damaged sauna and requested the refund. I followed up with the company several times by phone, however companys representatives were not able to provide me with the status of refund and being rude on the phone calls. On August 12, 2023 I sent a letter to Great Sports **** (G. S. I.) including all email correspondence and photos of damaged Items, the company received the letter on August 16, 2023. Today is September 7, 2023, and I still did not receive the refund. Be aware of this company's business practices!

  Horrible company. Transferred me 3 time and left me on hold for over ************************** they couldn't price match or have something in stock, though their website says otherwise. I then made a comment on a tiktok videos of theirs about it. They then commented "not true" and some other stuff and blocked me. I wouldn't shop here, ever.

  I ordered an outlaw trike kit from them for harleys. Talked to represenative and gave him my motorcycle type and he said for sure it will fit. Spent **** on it took it to my local shop and he said theres no way he can put this on my motorcycle even with custom welding because of the safety issues. Now i'm out **** and saferwholesale said it should fit. They are a scam company beware!

  Fast and reliable service from this company. Plus, they have the equipment I needed for my warehouse. I couldn't ask for ****************. I bought a brand new electric forklift with **** lbs. capacity last 3/25/2023. And it has been a great help with lifting the stocks in my warehouse for delivery since. It actually made working inside the warehouse far more easily.
