    Investigate my complaint, your response to the last complaint was that you have no record of his being a customer, that is because he figured out what I learned by paying you and not reading the reviews. I purchased 100 internet-generated tax leads. All leads came with the same website showing as where they were supposedly generated. Some of the hundred have dates of birth, some have IP addresses. NOT ONE IP ADDRESS MATCHES THE ***** LISTED AS THE CUSTOMERS RESIDENCE, one lead, 5 leads, I get it, but not one of the IPs match WHEN I LOADED THE LEADS, an email goes out to each lead: Out of 115 records, 75 emails bounced back as undeliverable. 28 emails came back as critical errors, which scared me a little.CALLS, I have 61 Bad Leads, half wrong numbers, and half never had a tax debt in their lives. 21 of the Leads asked to be placed on the *** list and were very angry I called. 1 guy owed $9,000. I emailed the company and the "sales rep", no response. I CAN document every single thing I just wrote. Want to refund the $375 you took from me and provided 115 leads that I spoke with at the least 20 people for more than 3 minutes and definately do not and never did have a tax debt. I would even be willing to accept a replacement file, which would have prevented me trying to use the BBB to negotiate a reasonable agreement to resolve this matter. Send me 100 actual tax leads, where the 35 days to 80 days old is true, that they clicked on a website stating the owed over 10k... I mean, the emails bouncing back told me I had been cheated, then to call them and speak to them, these people never filled anything out relating to a tax debt issue, in fact one is a CPA and another is a tax preparer! You can refund my card.

    We regret to learn that your experience using the matured (aged) lead service did not meet your level of expectation. In closer examination of your review, we will need to share and highlight some important facts. IP address: It's important to understand that most devices use dynamic IP addresses, as such Dynamic Host Configuration Protocol (DHCP) is common network management where IP address will update over time. *** purchased an aged lead service where those IP's were relevant at the time of original webform submission. Please understand the difference between dynamic and static. Min ************* While we allow new clients to onboard with very low commitments to get started, we also set realistic minimum purchase amounts that help enable your ability to experience progression on the files you receive. This was advised to you both in writing and verbally with your marketing rep. *** requested to work with an initial order that was 50% below our recommended onboarding minimum amount. Any quantity that's below the advised minimum can reduce the amount of progression you can experience and obtain from the file. File accuracy: We understand as leads pass over time, some related info may no longer be relevant. This can be expected with any aged lead program as details provided by the lead applicant in the beginning of their journey can change and evolve with time. As a result, our system tracks and maintains thorough reporting where those averages remain under 5-10%. For this reason, we provided you with 15% overage for replacement considerations. Additionally, over 90 of the leads you received also contained JornayaID that further established a marketing intelligence trail consisting of online activity and consumer intent along with a compliance solution that the majority of clients have relied on to obtain consistent and steady results.
