    Been on hold 35 minutes. Obviously reaching these people is as useless as the defective throws and blankets they sell. Other complaints confirm they sell worthless products.

       - Color of throw, and type of control [analog-TC1113BO, turn dial for heat or digital-TC13BA-1, push buttons for heat settings].

       - Model Number of product (located on the top right-hand corner of the ** Label)

       - Tracking/Serial Number of the product (located underneath the model number located on the right-hand corner of the ** Label)

    When we receive the needed information, we will send you a new throw and will also include a *** Prepaid label to return the defective throw.

    I got a Biddeford electric blanket for Christmas last year it worked for about 2 weeks and stope working. I called in and they said it was probably the control so 2 weeks later I get a new controller-ITS NOT THE RIGHT KIND-I called and they said oh that was a mistake we dont have any working controllers They said they would send me another blanket but first I had to send the old one back so I did. They had some problem with whoever was entering the address and sent 2 not 1 replacement to the wrong address. Mean while this is the time of year I NEED the blanket. After another 3 phone calls to the company they send out another blanket it work for LESS THAN 3 weeks. Called again, again I had to send the old blanket back before they would sent me a. We blanket-mean while I am going on a trip that was the whole reason I got the electric blanket. I received the new one- worked last than a month. I called again-again I had to wait to send my blanket in before they would send me a new one. Got another blanket took out of the package and WAIT FOR IT-it didnt work. I called again and they send me a new controller- WAIT FOR IT - it didnt work either so I spend the coldest part of the whole year without a electric blanket. This is ridiculous their products are obviously not any good and they are just hoping you give up. I have told all my friends to NEVER BY A BIDDERFORD BLANKET. Its absolutely ridiculous. Now I have to get on the phone again and start the process all over again.

    I received a replacement electric blanket that was a replacement blanket from Biddleford because of a bbb complaint and the newest replacement blanket didn't work at all. This company is a joke and their products are worthless. It's Christmas and I don't have the proper blankets for my company thanks to Biddleford.

    I bought 2 Biddeford heated throws one week ago. One was going to give for a gift. My husband used the first throw for 1 time. The controller when turned on goes blank and will not heat up. Instead of giving the second we decided to use and the second has done the exact same thing!I have called all week several times and have been on hold for hours with no response. I have also emailed, again with no response. This is UNACCEPTABLE! I want 2 working blankets that I payed for!

    This is only the second time I plugged the blanket in and instantly smoke started coming out of the controller. And it smelled awful. I just bought it and am disappointed in the product.

    I purchased a heated throw from target at the end if November. It no longer gets hot. Target will not return or exchange it. This is ridiculous

    king electric blanket, under warantee. the controller keeps pulling out of the module on the blanket resulting in it turning off. I have called many times and been on hold for hours but nobody ever picks up. I Also, e mailed a few times and again no response.

    I purchased a full size microplush gray electric blanket from Target on 11/7/21 and paid $61.51. I believe I registered the blanket for warranty but attempted to so on your website and it would not allow me to do so with the serial number./tracking number. I have attached my original receipt from target along with the model and tracking number on the blanket. Half of the blanket has stopped heating. I called the customer service number ************** on 11/4/22 and was on hold for 15 minutes and then again on 11/7/22 and was on hold for 30 minutes. After being on hold for 30 minutes on 11/7/22 I then decided to follow the instructions to email ******************************************* It is now 12/3/22 and I have not received a reply from anyone. I do know that the blanket has a five year warranty and I would like a replacement mailed to me. I have attached the original receipt from Target along with the model and tracking number off the blanket.

    After not using it for the season, I plugged in one side of my micro plush electric heated king-size blanket and putrid smoke came out of the controller. I then swapped the controllers, and it happened again. I used a third controller from my electric mattress pad, and it happened a third time. I would like a replacement king size blanket (+its two controllers) and a replacement controller for the mattress pad. --Mattress pad purchased Nov 8, 2019 JCPenny.com Biddeford Quilted Heated Mattress Pad Item #***-1018 --Blanket purchased Nov 9, 2018 Amazon.com Biddeford **************** ************************** Heated Blanket King **** I got no response after two emails, I have held for over an hour with no answers, and filled out te webform as well. No one got back to me in any case, it is clear they do not care enough about safety to develop(and quality control) safe products and do not care enough about heir customers to hire enough customer service workers. I no longer trust any products this company makes, and it is clear form photos on BB and elsewhere that melt-downs and fires are at least somewhat common and not taken seriously by Biddeford.

    We are sorry to hear about the issues you had with our product.  I would like to help resolve this issue.  Your note states that you would like a replacement of the blanket, which is have currently in stock, and all controls that shortened when using on the defective blanket.  But you stated on here under "Desired Settlement" you're requesting a refund.  If a refund is your request, could you please provide a copy of your receipt and/or what you paid for the product on Amazon?  

    Please let us know which you would like to do, and I will start the process to get this corrected ASAP.
