    I had placed an order online and used my credit card to purchase 2 items, I paid extra for next day shipping and come the next day nothing had arrived. So I check seethe website and all it says is waiting shipment I call in and the customer service agents are rude about it telling me I have to call verifications department so I try to do that and they're closed on the weekends so I wait till Monday and first thing Monday morning they cancel my order. I call in to find out what's happening and they cannot see why it got canceled it just didn't pass verification and now are telling me my credit cards no good even though the charge shows on my card and that I have to wire transfer money to them . I'd be careful about spending your money here the agents are rude and do nothing to try and help you solve any issue with your order. Seeing as this is my first time ordering here and the experience was very unpleasant I do not think I'll ever shop at this store again. Included are the confirmations that it was paid for and receipt, and the very rude agent who mocked me.

I tried calling in and the response was they cant help me and they dont know sorry goodbye in a  more kinder way, but no possible solution to get the order verified and processed.     I purchased a refrigerator from ABT on December 31 and they delivered that fridge to me on Friday January 6. I found out the next day that the fridge they delivered was defective so they delivered a replacement fridge on Monday January 9. But since the first was defective alll of my food spoiled in that fridge and I had to through out all of that food and *** is not willing to reimburse me for the the food that I had to throw away. *** is saying that its either reimbursement for food or the replacement of the fridge at no extra cost but I was never told that. I was told reimbursement for food either way.

    Bought a bed less than 30 days ago and very unhappy. They have nothing in our price range we like. Bought many products and always satisfied. They refused to give a refund

    Although our policy on mattresses is a ninety day comfort exchange, and we carry a wide selections of mattresses that the customer could choose from, we will make an exception and take back their mattress for a refund.

    In 2014 I had a furnace installed. Today 12/23/22 I had a carbon monoxide alarm go off. The fire department advised the alarm was old. Fine, glad things are working as they should. HOWEVER, I was advised that I was supposed to have a warranty through the manufacturer of my trane furnace for certain issues, which the paperwork that came with it was taken with the *** installers after installation. The service rep on the phone was rude, and inconsiderate regarding this. And when I reiterated that the paperwork that came with it states it stays with the home owner, he stated "I never heard of that." How come? The appliance manufacturer states it, so do you disregard the manufacturer of the parts you install?All I wanted was some human decency and the replacement of the paperwork for my furnace that should have been left with me as I am obligated to legally have in my possession. *** would not have it. Because Trane allows you a 5 year warranty on parts and if you register it, then you get a 10 year warranty on parts with a 20 year warranty for the heat exchanger. That being said, *** is functioning with shade tree business practices to keep you paying and coming back for more, rather than relying on the information provided within the product they sell. Terrible. Never again. Sure, he told me to call the fire department, but what about the basics of what I'm obligated to have?

    I purchased a car stereo on 9/26. The stereo does not function correctly, so I contacted the manufacturer and went back and forth trying different fixes which still didnt help anything. I sent messages to ABT through the website contact form on 10/10, 10/14 and 10/20 and received no response. On 10/24 I finally found a direct customer service email and sent an email requesting a return with no response, so I sent another email on 11/8. I received a reply and was simply told no that it was past 30 days. I explained that *** tried to contact them multiple times without any response and they replied with they are open 7 days a week. I explained that with my work schedule I can only call at certain times and that had they answered my first 4 attempts it wouldnt be an issue. The business basically said it was my fault that they didnt respond to my messages or email and that they have installers that can troubleshoot over the phone. I dont find that reasonable as I already had the manufacturer work with me to fix problems with the actual radio with no success, and its not an install issue. I contacted them multiple times during the return period and only after the 30 days did they somehow receive my messages. *** tried multiple times to reach a resolution and they simply say no and dont even address the issue of them not responding to me.

    I purchased a refrigerator from Abt. They delivered the unit, it was scratched. They delivered a replacement unit, the water line was damaged. They delivered a third unit, the ice maker doesnt work nor does the control panel. *** communicated repeatedly to this company I want a undamaged working unit but they continue to send me damaged units. I spent $2500 for this and I want what I paid for: a new, undamaged functioning refrigerator.

    I purchased a Miele washer and Dryer from Abt Electronics & Appliances on 3/26/22. The washer arrived damaged. I called my sales rep at Abt Electronics & Appliances, *************************. ************** told to accept the damaged machine. ************** promised to have the top of the machine replaced. Upon installing the machine with an authorized Miele installer and running it, it leaked all over my home (not a little water but gallons). It cost me $325 to have the damaged washer, that the Abt Electronics & Appliances sales **** ************************** advised me to accept, installed. I have asked numerous times now that Abt Electronics & Appliances pay for this out of pocket cost. At the time that ************** advised me to accept the damaged machine, he promised to replace the top of the machine. Replacing the top of the machine would have required an authorized Miele tech to come out to the house, move the machine, replace the top of it, and put it back into position. Basically the same cost to install the machine. But because the machine leaked, the top was never replaced. I had to pay for the install of a damaged machine.I spoke with a ******************************** in **************** on 7/14/22 and understood from her that Abt Electronics & Appliances would take care of this expense. I sent her the receipt. Since then, however, Ive only gotten the run around. I went to file a complaint with the BBB and saw that Abt Electronics & Appliances requests that the customer first reach out to ************************* before filing a complaint. So thats what I did. ****************** asked for the receipt on 10/8/22 but has not followed up. I sent him a second email on 11/11/22 and he has still not followed up with me. It cost me $325 to have the damaged washer, that the Abt Electronics & Appliances sales **** ************************** advised me to accept, installed. I am asking that Abt Electronics & Appliances pay this expense. They would have paid that to replace the top of the machine.

    I purchased a dishwasher. The dishwasher was purchased new and installed in December 2021. In August 2022 it stopped working. They came out and have had 3 parts on order. Since then the dishwasher went out of warranty in October. They came out and replaced a part and again said no idea when the part is coming in. How long does someone have to wait ? Ive heard people say the less you use the dishwasher, the faster it will break down because the lines will dry out. If they ever fix it, how long will it work at that time? I was faithfully using it 4-5 times a week

    I purchased a stove from Abt in Dec 2018. I also purchased a 4-year extended warranty that expires 12/29/22. In early 2020, the k**** of the stove began disintegrating and one of the burners got stuck. Since it was during the pandemic, I lived with it and I called for Abt to service the k**** and the stuck burner in 2022. The Abt tech came to my home on October 29 2022. As soon as he completed his service on our stove, we started smelling gas leaking from the burners. We called *** to report this in the 1st week of Nov, and the soonest they were willing to send a repair technician to our home to look at it was 11/11. We had to live with a hazardous & life-threatening situation, created by *** for more than a week! Then, the tech came to our house & using a meter confirmed that 3 stove burners (but not the gas line) are leaking. He said the parts would need to be ordered from the company and would take 5 business days to arrive, after which they would schedule another visit to repair the leak. At this point, after speaking to their customer service, I can expect it to be fixed on 11/21. I called Abt to let them know that they should replace my stove and they said the extended warranty only covers replacing parts and not appliances, unless the applicance cannot be repaired. I pointed out to them that the gas started leaking only after their technician serviced my ************ were the ones responsible for replacing it. The difficulty for us is having to either live with a leaking stove (a life-threatening issue) or no stove. In addition, we have had to take days off for the wasted trips from the repair techs and have to struggle with an issue that Abt's repair tech created. Having damaged the applicance during their repair process, seeing that they endangered our lives and disrupted it, they should be replacing the stove, rather than waiting for parts and disrupting our lives for 10 more days. *** has behaved in a dishonest manner with me by damaging my appliance.

    In reading through the complaints, I see that we are not alone in purchasing a POS kitchen Aid refrigerator from ABT! When we purchased we also bought the 4 year extended warranty. We have had nothing but issues with this refrigerator since time of purchase! I believe we are actually on our 2nd refrigerator too! Every part has failed on this, including main circuit board. We were without a fridge for almost 3 weeks in March or April this year! We were using a cooler in the house. I was told by ABT that I could pay for a mini fridge to the tune of several hundred dollars while I waited a month for the part to come in. Like all the other reviews, we have thrown out hundreds of dollars worth of food multiple times as well. There has to be some sort of lemon law for crappy refrigerators! And at this point it has to be costing ABT money at how many times they have come out to repair the piece of junk! I sent customer service an email letting them know I was getting ready to write bad reviews and complaints everywhere I could. Later that day I get a call but wasnt able to answer. *** tried several times now to speak to someone and no response! I am so disappointed and disgusted by the level of poor customer service shown by ***. The technicians are rude, know they have job security because what ABT is selling is crap! Attached is a picture of all the pieces one technician left behind scattered throughout the fridge. You also used to be able to schedule a 4 hour window for the tech to come, and now they no longer do that. You dont know when theyre coming until the day of! Completely disrespectful and NOT CUSTOMER friendly at all! We will NEVER purchase another product from ABT again nor would I recommend to any family and friends based on our experience! If you know you have sold a piece of junk, then do the honorable thing, STOP selling it and offer to replace!!!!!
