5 starsThey are THIEVES, LIARS and CRIMINALS. I have a 2020 ram rebel super lifted so I can go off Roading as I am handicapped and can no longer hike. I bumped MY front gate in 2021 I drove the truck like this for a while as it only had a scratch on the headlight, scratch & ding on the bumper. In November 2021 I took it in. At this time I had hired a driver as my right foot was caught in a boat propeller that left me permanently handicapped. Gerber collision took my truck, told me I need a new ******************* Said they will not be able to get a bumper onto my truck until after the new year so I asked for my truck back. They then told me that I cannot pick up my vehicle because after they take the bumper off, they can't put it back on because the sensors won't line up correctly (all lies). I needed the truck and told them I would drive it with no bumper. All of a sudden they were able to put my old bumper back on. Well, needless to say, they never got the bumper and then when I called for my money back, they blew me off for about six months and told me they got the bumper in. I told him that I already fixed my vehicle and that it didn't need a new bumper it only needed to be painted and now it is July 2023 and we still don't have our money back. The supposed GM blows me off. tells me he's going to get the check ready but there's always complications with them changing, accountants, etc. well . I called another location and got in touch I believe the marketing manager back in April he got ***** to get a check ready and they wrote it out to my old driver that I had 2 years ago. Never mind that I AM the name on the registration of the vehicle and I AM the one that paid the bills with MY credit cards MY name on the credit cards, they spoke with Me to get MY credit card information. I have spoken numerous times to the supposed GM about getting ME getting MY money back. He knew my old driver didn't work for me. Marketing manager for the last 10 days has been *** of course.Gerber Collision & Glass Headquarters

1 starWas involved in an accident in November 2022. I was In *** and was hit by an F450, pushed off road over divider. While waiting for rental car I was side swiped by an F350 on other side of car. Insurance said Gerber Collision was a preferred vendor so I took the vehicle to the Shawnee, OK location. Everything was fine, weekly updates and progress reports. Then I was notified the car was complete but they wouldn't release until Insurance sent funds. A couple days later they said the car was ready and I went to pick it up. It was pathetic. Door sagged almost an inch down. Body panels misaligned, overspray on back of car. Front bumper showed where it had been laid face down and scuffed significantly. Car was dirty. I left the car and they were to fix these issues. Unbeknownst to me the insurance company had stopped rental car. So I paid rental from this point on. Months go by, no more weekly updates, nothing. I try to call weekly for updates. Finally in April they say car is complete and I can pick it up next day. The next day while on phone with individual giving me a ride to drop rental, gerber calls and says car is not ready. Evidently widows no longer worked. Said should be done Friday. Heard nothing Friday, heard nothing Monday. Call Tuesday and they say parts finally came in and I can pick up Wednesday. When picking up car it was still dirty ( I have all pictures and video) the radio doesn't work, fan makes noise, body panels still out of alignment, antenna was knocked off roof and they said it could not have happened from wrecks. Asked for Manger. He was rude ( I have full video) stated none of issues were caused by wreck. He thought quality was good enough. And they would not help with rental even with extra 5 day delay. Panels are literally coming loose on car. Tire had slashes. They refused it all. Apparently they are closer to being a ***** than a professional shop. It is obvious why they are not rated with BBB. Customers beware.Gerber Collision & Glass Headquarters

1 starThe work done by Gerber Collision located in ************ ** is defective and poor quality. This shop had 3 opportunities to correct their work, they are not capable. Some of the issues included: paint mismatch, paint defects, broken clips, clips left in engine bay, parts removed from vehicle and put back on, improper panel alignment. After the second repair the car developed a whistling noise. Once the car reaches 60 mph it begins to whistle. The is caused by the improper panel alignment and lose seals and gaskets with the front passenger side fender. I picked the car up on May 4, 2023 after the 3rd repair. Car still whistles, clips broken and left in engine bay, panel alignment still incorrect. The vehicle is a 2022 Acura ILX, that had around ****** miles at time of accident.Gerber Collision & Glass Headquarters

1 starHorrible! I had a small accident where the front bumper, parking sensor, and grill had to be replaced. My insurance company, ***, sent me to Gerber Collision and Glass and Gerber gave me a date of the 18th that the car should be finished. They texted me almost every day updating me that all was going well for it to be done on the 18th. At 3:34 on the 18th they texted me that the wrong bracket had come in and it would be delayed. A few days later they said that the parking sensor came in with the wrong color so they had to paint that. Another delay. Then a couple days later the wrong grill came in and had to wait for the right one. Unbelievable that they dont check the parts when they come in and make sure its the right part. Once would be bad, 3 times is just evidence of a company that doesnt know what they are doing. So, then the manager calls me and says its almost done but they had left the car outside and we had a hailstorm and my car sustained $1, 700 in damage. They had a clause in their papers saying they arent responsible for acts of God so they wont cover it. So, I have to file another insurance claim and I have to pay the $250 deductible. I'm not sure if this will cause my insurance to go up in the coming years. Well see.If they had it done on time I would have gotten the car before the hail storm and it would have been in my garage. Needless to say, dont use Gerber Collision and Glass!!!Gerber Collision & Glass Headquarters

1 starSave the Employees from this place!Upper management and HR work hand in hand and have NO remorse for their staff.Turnover Rate for this Company is horrible. No proper Training. Lack of transparency. If an employee stands up and says something they think is wrong they get called names and HR does nothing about it. They give raises to bullies. Something needs to change. People have left on short term leave due to their mental health problems caused by people from this company. Those same bullies are still not disciplined and continue to receive credit for things they do not accomplish. Those same bullies are getting overpaid while the rest of us watch the company crumble.Gerber Collision & Glass Headquarters

1 starGot in a minor fender ****** in October 2022, asked my insurance who they recommended to work on my Lexus, and they recommended Gerber. Gerber wasn't available to start work until December 2022, which wasn't their fault. My issue is I dropped the car off and had to bring it back at least 3-4 DIFFERENT times for them to fix issues that weren't even in question initially. First, they re-wired my headlights wrong, and they didn't even work, and the body alignment was all off. They got that fixed, then a few days later, had to bring it to ************************************ because the alignment was off and my brakes were not right. Had to pay OUT OF POCKET for that work. After all that, a week later, the paint started to chip and peel. Some, yes were due to rock chips, but the others were due to poor painting. Gerber initially didn't want to fix the paint work, but I wasn't going to take my car back until it was fixed and done right. Finally have my car back after MONTHS of back and forth and a lot of money I had to pay OUT OF POCKET (rental cars, missed work meetings, etc.) for issues that Gerber caused. I wish I had checked BBB before giving them my business.Gerber Collision & Glass Headquarters

1 starDec. 2022, ****, ** location was recommended. In Jan, all the parts were in so I scheduled an appt. on Jan 31. Feb 2: Received an estimate of the cost & repair time frame, 17 days. My insurance covered a rental car. Feb. 7: Text stating that they are waiting for a part, but I was told the parts were in prior to scheduling .Feb 14: Part is in. Feb 16- Text stating car "may be here for a little while." Asked "what is a little while?" After 2 wks, according to the estimate, the car should be almost complete. Told it will take 80 hrs which equals 80 days, which is industry standard. I called my insurance & was told they would call via a 3 way phone call. Feb 21: Text about how this is a large repair & takes time. I call my insurance, they complete a 3- way call. Not knowing I was on the phone, the manager *****, spent the conversation stating that they arent sure where she got her information from but we never informed her that it could be 80 days. The number 80 was never mentioned and she is completely wrong with what she is telling you. He continued to insinuate that I was a liar. I submitted the screenshots from their staff to my insurance company to documented that I was not lying. My insurance company then filed a complaint about them. Feb 23: Text that they have spoken to my insurance and they are working on the car. No end date given. Feb 28: Nothing from the shop. I maxed out my rental coverage and my car needs to be returned. Over a month of rental fees, totaling $1300 between what my insurance and I paid. Mar 1: No word, 1 month in. Mar 2: Text that they are "still in the welding process," I contact my insurance again. Another a 3-way call to *****. Once again, ***** reported lies. He informed the insurance that it was heading to paint, which is different than the text from the staff. Sent screenshots to my insurance again. Over a month, no end date, no rental car, trying to borrow a car to get to work. Worst customer service I have ever experienced.Gerber Collision & Glass Headquarters

1 starI took my car to the collision shop after a small fender ******. When I turned my car in the engine light was not on. When I got it back, it was. They did not tell me. I had to come back in and ask why the light was on. ********************* at the *********, ** location then says "oh you can see that?" so he admitted that he knew the light came on. He told me they didn't do it and it was something they weren't responsible for. I then take it to the dealer and and the dealer tells me Gerber broke my driver side rearview mirror and the sensors in it and tried to put it back together, which is why engine light was on. They completely lied to me and tried to gaslight me about the state of my car- taking no accountability for their shady work. **** withheld information, and then lied to me when I confronted him about it. He is a conman and runs a negligent and shady operation. I would be suing them if not for the insurance company compensating me for damage. Never take your car here and if you see **** run as fast as you can in the other direction!!!Gerber Collision & Glass Headquarters
