I am filing this complaint regarding Here For Women, operated by TTS Venture Corp. BBB records also associate TTS Venture Corp. with the alternate business name Twice The Speed. On June 24, 2026, I ordered teeth whitening strips. My credit card transaction posted June 25 as two charges: $24.94 and $30.00, totaling $54.94. I did not knowingly authorize the additional charge or enroll in a recurring membership. I immediately requested cancellation before the order shipped. The company acknowledged in writing that my cancellation request was received before shipment but stated the order had already been processed. I was instructed to refuse or return the package and was promised a refund once the return was received. The company also confirmed my subscription was canceled. I returned the unopened merchandise and provided the requested documentation. REMOVEDtracking confirms delivery of my return to the designated location in REMOVED, REMOVED, on July 21, 2026, at 8:21 a.m. On July 23, the company again confirmed my return and stated my refund would be processed. Despite these written assurances, I have never received the promised refund. On July 10, Here For Women attempted to charge my credit card $29.99 for what appeared to be a recurring membership. REMOVEDflagged the transaction as suspicious and declined it. I repeatedly followed up, but my recent emails have gone unanswered. After exhausting every reasonable effort to resolve this matter, I filed a billing dispute with my credit card issuer on August 3, 2026. I request that REMOVEDrespond to this complaint, cooperate with the pending billing dispute, confirm my account remains canceled with no future charges, and honor its written commitments regarding this transaction.Initial Complaint

The product was initially offered for free, with a monthly service fee after the trial period. I signed up for the product in November 2024 but did not receive it. I was charged $47.00 initially and have been charged $19.95 monthly since then, with another possible charge on 5/21. I have tried to contact the company multiple times, but due to staffing shortages related to covid, I have been unable to reach a customer service representative. I have also sent several emails requesting cancellation and a refund since I never received the product or used the services. However, I have only received automated response emails and have not been able to resolve the issue. I do not want to continue receiving the product or services and would like a refund for the unfulfilled service.
