    They have been calling ** and trying to sell ** radio ads. Then they started emailing invoices.They were supposed to mail us a written contract and schedule and never did.Then they tried to bill me for something they never did.They claimed to be airing ads on a radio station that doesn't exist. When I looked up the radio station, there was nothing of that name or call letters in my area.The calls I got from them came in from numbers shown on caller ID from Guinea, *********** and other countries. They claim they would be running ads on certain dates but the only ***** station in my area has had no such ads aired whatsoever as they claimed.

    This company calls 5 times a day to get you to run ads on stations and times that never happen. I made the mistake once of running ads that produced nothing. They kept calling 5 times a day for more ads. They were told to not run any ads at all Today my bank notifying me of an unauthorized charge for $289. This company is running a corrupt organization that has no regard for their so called customers. And when you calm them about it. Good luck speaking to anyone that will help you I expect my money back immediately or legal charges for theft by deception will be filed

    Blueprint Broadcasting initially called trying to sell an advertisement for our Business. This was never agreed upon or approved. We later received an email with the ad, which was false advertising being it stated we offer a discount and we do not. Right after that we received an invoice to pay. I never was sent anything prior to the bill to approve nor did they go through the proper steps to obtain an advertising purchase. We then and still are being harassed by this company. Everytime they call it comes on the caller ID as a different number, never the same and it also comes up as local companies or individuals (that I know from the area) and it is clearly not them. ( Spoofing numbers). I have asked them repeatedly to remove our number and business from their contacts with no resolve. I refuse to pay an invoice that was not approved through the proper channels or at all. When you try to call their customer service you get no answer and then to a dial tone. I have emailed and still have not gotten this resolved. This company is a SCAM and harass you once they get your information in their system from data online. I do not recommend ever dealing with this company.

    Should have researched this business better. Requesting refund for the past 2 years of being led to believe that our company would be advertised for *****************. Requesting full refund for years we paid for a service that was not delivered since they have no affiliation with local radio stations. We called and cannot confirm that Blueprint Brodcasting has any affiliation with our local stations.

    I am rejecting this response because:

    Representatives said our ads would not run until June and they never provide a recording of the ad they say they will run. After paying the full amount, they have not provided an ad and keep calling and pressuring you to add more services. We were never given a recording of the ad to verify and approve if the information is correct. We dont approve any messages that supposedly are being aired. We did not approve any recording ahead of time.

    I sent you proof from the radio station of the date and time that your ad ran.

    Now you are changing your complaint to that you never received a recording of the message. We do not send a recording unless requested.  We will send you a copy of the message today.

    I am rejecting this response because: we were told the ad was going to be run for several weeks and the email provided only shows 1 day of the ad being run. Also, this broadcasting business calls you from different numbers and do not provide a recording up front. Why would any business agree to have any ads without approving an ad up front? No other advertising business that is reputable does this. Proofs should be provided up front. They pressure you into paying everything up front and try to pressure you to add more services where one cannot verify that the services are even happening. We did not agree to pay $300 for just 1 single ad spot. This is a scam just like other businesses have mentioned in BBB complaints and I want this business to stop calling ** for any future sponsorship. This is a scam. It is disheartening that the BBB allows fraudulent "broadcasting" companies to scam ******** business owners.

    This company scammed 300 from my business . Just received another bill 299 .they are trying to scam me again.

    I am a Business owner of a ************** and I have been continously harrassed from Blue Print Broadcasting ( Radio Show). I received a call several weeks back from a salesman saying he would like to advertise our company on their radio show. The salesman read a script that would be played over the phone . He said that he would send it over to me to proof and agree to as well as time and date of advertisement. I never received any information from Blue Print Broadcasting. A couple of weeks went by and Administrator received a phone call from a salesman. He stated he appreciated our business and just wanted to say thank you. My Administrator is the one that handles the advertising for our company and she was not aware of the advertisement. She questioned the salesman if he had sent the Owner (me) the information so it could be approved. The saleman told her that I had all the information pertaining to the ad (which was not true at al). She informed him that we never received any information on the advertisement and requested he send it again. The salesman said he would send it as soon as he got back to his office. She never heard from him. She called the number the next day to follow up and left a voice mail which was never returned. She immediately researched the company and realized IT WAS A SCAM!! A week went by and I received a call from a different salesmen and he was requesting payment for the ad that his company had ran on the radio advertising my company. I have no idea if it was advertised or not. He was demanding payment for an ad that I never approved or heard.. I am a respectful business man and I would have gladly paid for the Advertisement if I had a Contract sent to me for approval and if it was actually played on the radio. My Admin contacted the Salesmen making payment demands and infomed him that my company is aware that Blue Print Broadcasting is a SCAMMING COMPANY and I am filing a complaint with BBB and demanded to be taken of the call list.

    TOTAL scam company- no legitimate phone number- false charges. This company reached out to ** to solicit their business - they gave ** a presentation of what an advertisement would be like with them. They then said that IF we would like to schedule this radio broadcast- they would then send ** a packet in the email to fill out and pay, and upon payment they would submit the advertisement.In the packet they included days, times and stations of when this would air. We heard they were a sketchy company- so called the radio stations and they said they DO NOT do business with them due to them being scam artists. We called to let them know we would not proceed- no answer.We emailed to let them know we would not proceed - no answer.We called numerous times more - no answer.We issues no payment- have all records or stating we did not want to proceed PRIOR to the advertisement date - and they STILL mailed ** a bill stating past due.Aside from mailing ** false bills - we have received NO REPLIES via email or phone from them.We just received a final demand letter stating if we dont pay- they are going to send it to collections.Send a bill- for something they never did- that never aired- that we cancelled - with stations that dont even work with them- to collections!We have our attorney working on this so are not concerned- but wanted to give a heads up to all that look them up! RUN- dont give them into or they will hassle you for months with false charges and no advertisements!

    Super Harassing scammers watch out!!On Feb 22nd 2023, Blueprint Broadcasting called me and acted super friendly eager for me to listen to a radio advertisement for my company "Ur Ride Guide" that will help children stay safe. My ad was supposed to be played on iRock and **** *****. It seemed like a good cause so I agreed and paid them $354 via credit card. A couple weeks later they call me again thanking me and saying they are going to do another free advertisement, just because they appreciate me so much. Then the guy transfers me to another man who asked to take my credit card. I said "No I can't pay for any more advertising at this time." The guy hangs up on me. I get a call the next day from them saying they really appreciate me and want to do this ad for me. I tell them "No." He says that they already have my credit card on file and it's going to be charged for future advertising anyway. I told him "No I do not give you permission to charge me or to air my business." He hangs up on me. They then call me from another number immediately after. I look them up and realize they are a scam company. I call the company which shows on my phone as "Radio Station" with no response and it rings and then goes to a voicemail that says "a voicemail has not been set up yet". I called a second different number from "Radio Station" and it does the same. I called their website number and it rings forever and then says "all circuits are busy". I've told them to stop harassing me and I do not give permission for broadcasting my business or charging me. It must stop. Refund is demanded for 2/22/23 charge of $354. I have canceled my credit card due to their threat of charging it again whether or not I want the service.

    I am rejecting this response because I am rejecting this response because the business did not call back or leave a message. I have voicemail and I listen to it daily and it's never full because I have a business and am very attentive to any phone messages. Also I have a list of all the calls I received on April 7th and will gladly show it to BBB to prove Blue Print Broadcasting didn't call me. 

    Please refund my money right away. I contacted the supposed radio stations that my advertisements were going to be on and they said they know nothing about Blue Print Broadcasting. My ads weren't advertised as contract agreed to and I demand a refund.

    I was contacted by Blueprint Broadcasting in February 2023, and asked if I wanted to advertise with them again for their Troop Salute. As I had done the same thing last year, I agreed to do it this year as well. I'll admit I did not research this company beforehand.The amount asked for was (to me) reasonable, and, because they had worked with me on payments previously, I assumed they would do so again. The advertisements were to run between 3-13-2023 and 4-7-2023. I was contacted earlier in the week about making a payment, in which I told them I should be able to make a payment by the end of the week when a client paid me. I was told they would call me back. They never did, and withdrew the full amount, which ******** my bank account. I have no way to verify if I even received the radio advertisement spots they notified, because the invoice only says "HITS 99". When I try to search for the station online, I get multiple results. I do not have time to contact each one, and none of them are a station in ************. I am appalled by this company's practices, the vague information they give, and that they play upon this country's love of our military to get money from small businesses. I will NEVER do business with this company again, and can only hope others find my story to be helpful to avoid this company.
