This company called our business claiming they donated money towards our armed forces for buying air time with them. This is something near and dear to us having many family members involved with the service and wanted to look into where the money goes. It goes NO WHERE but to them. Having not agreed to anything, we were surprised to be invoiced which was received yesterday. Upon calling the listed number I immediately requested cancellation as this is not something we agreed to do. The air dates were scheduled for a few weeks out. Being that nothing had aired and that we didnt agree to what they were selling AND THEY DO NOT GIVE TO ANY ARMED FORCE CHARITY, we wanted no part. I was redirected to a very skilled slick talker that kindly repeated we cant cancel; its already in production; weve already paid for those slots so what do we do with our money loss. Never denied that they in fact do not give to the charity they by the looks of other reviews changes with each call. The scheme here is they buy a block of time or they own a small channel that they sell ads to fill to get paid by the bigger station. Sell by any means necessary. Shame on you to exploit the freedom you have. To put out there that you would do something youre not for the men and woman who devote and literally give their lives to ensure. Its beyond disgusting. On May 8, 2024 ******************* agreed to do a public service announcement urging people to send military care packages. He was never told that Blueprint Broadcasting donates to the military. On May 15th he was contacted by customer service where he again agreed to said PSA. We are sorry that he was confused. We are willing to cancel the invoice and not do business with ML Construction in the future.Customer Answer

H3230353036303834**38H said they were going to put my business on the radio during peak hours from 5-7pm on 5/14 to 5/25/24 on my local radio stations. they did not fulfill this promise they put me on starting today at 6 am to 9am today , 5/14 and then tomorrow the 15th 9 am to noon. This goes till 5/25 at all the times that are not peak times. Because this is not what I agreed to I called them today and cancelled and they said well this is what you agreed too. i don**;t want to be charged the $**9..00 that they invoiced m and i do not want to be put in collection for something i did not agree tooBusiness Response

Was asked by this horrible company to do a charitable contribution for toys for tots and in exchange they would air some commercials on the radio for my business. First they have called 20 times in the last 2 weeks trying to get me to pay by phone. I keep telling them i will not pay until I get my paperwork that says it is a charitable contribution for toys for tots. Never got it. No commercials aired when they were supposed to and the whole "spiel" they said they were going to read did not get done. Now I have told them I am not paying because it is not a charitable donation, it is advertising that I did not get. This was a scam from the start. Now the company is texting and calling numerous times per day. I am filing a police report for harassment and I want the invoice to be $0. I never got what they said I would and they lied from the start about toys for tots. Lawyer will be contacted next.Business Response

I keep getting a bill from blueprint broadcasting for Elizabeths cleaning service and I never agreed to do anything like this. And I keep getting billed and the letter says if I dont pay youll send me to collections I feel that is not okay for one I didnt agree to do this what so ever so you guys are going behind my back and doing this without my permission.Business Response

I decided to not advertise with them several months ago. Thought everything was good till I looked at my bank statements and realized that they have been taking money out of my account without any authorization. $69.99 for several months. They never could get my area figured out, the kept advertising my business was located in another city about 100 miles away, and also I did not have money to advertise with them.

Back in April of 2023, We discovered a problem with this scam company there were numerous unauthorized charges on my card and they would harass us several times a day. Also there were no radio station broadcasts as they claim to have done. We looked this company up on the Better Business Bureau and found the same complaints that we have experienced. One guy claimed he was from a local radio station. Well, my cousin works for our local radio station and he had never heard of them and he too did a search on BBB and found the same results. They continued to call each time I said no and I blocked their phone number. So, then they started using my vendor and customers phone numbers to try to scam me. Aware of their tactics, I would ask who they were with if they answered Blueprint I would tell them that I do not want anything to do with their company. The one phone number they illegally used was a local vendor friend and I almost blocked him but when I called and learned it was him I explained the situation to him. That phone call I told him (Blueprint) and gave him a warning to stop calling that I have been nice about it. That next time they called, I would file a report with BBB and ************ Today Oct 20 2023, I went into my credit card statement and somehow this company Illegally got a hold of my card and charged it for services I never purchased because I have been telling them no. Thus, brings me to file this report and I did call the sheriff's office and filed a report. Please Stop contacting us!Business Response

This company called over and over to get me to place an ad on the ***** country station during the weather report. I finally agreed to try it for a month at *****. However, after the first month, I decided to retire and close the business. To my surprise, they kept charging me every month. I called in August to request they stop charging me and that I closed the business. The deep voice guy on the phone told me it was a recurring monthly charge even though I never agreed to that. He refused to refund me even the month of August and then even charged me again in September. It was obvious that he knew they were scamming me and refused to do anything. So far over $300 lost to this scam. I finally stopped all future payments with my bank. Beware especially if you are a veteran or military, they prey on YOU!Business Response

date of call 08/09/23 - calling about radio advertising. the owner asked to have information emailed so he could look it over, and he wanted to think about it. he asked that they call back in a week. Because he was not available when they called back, I was told that they went ahead and ran the ad because we did not get back to them. Without any written prove of ad, or authorization of any kind, no Purchase order, or signature. I have called the radio station that is listed on the billing, and they did not run the ad, and have not heard of this Blueprint Broadcasting and do not do business with them. I have received harassing calls saying that they have the owners approve on a taped conversation. which is illegal in the state ********* because they did not say that up front. This company is a HUGE SCAM......now we keep getting calls about a past due invoice. The good news is we did not give them a credit card number over the phone..... I had called and had any monthly payments stopped. There was no contract and I could cancel at any time. I canceled. I keep getting billed and they keep harassing me a bit spending more money with them. And give me free air time instead of giving the money they took from my account after it was cancelled. They should be banned from any further business dealings! $49 twice after I had payed for the air time they were supposed to air my business.Business Response
