5 starsI just had my book completed and I am extremely satisfied. I appreciate Excel for understanding my needs and situations I've had while going through the editing process. We formed a relationship and it made it much easier withstand the wait while still trusting the process. ***** to ***************************** and *****************************, Project Manager and Senior Writing Consultant for being patient and understanding. They and their team were really great in explaining and helping me make good decisions, in order for my book to be successful. I appreciate the all the effort they put in, to get it done and done successfully. Thank you so much Excel! I am now the author of my first new book. I'm looking forward to completing the other services that were rendered. A job well done!

1 starThey are scammers. They act as though they didn't want to give me a contract pertaining to our per agreement of the services offered for assisting with the publications of my book, once they finally gave me the contract it did not state anything that they offered. Didn't list the details of Royalties if I would receive 100% or of they would receive a percentage, how much would I make for my book such as how many books would sold maybe ****, **** or **** cents on a $1.00 something to that extent. Never even talking about book publishing rights on the contract or if their services will include copyrights. I asked the person their at Excel Book Writing Publishing before I even put any money down to get started if they also do ********* services he said sure we can do that it just would be extra. I said sure not a problem. Red flags started coming out when after I put money down to get started with the project, after I placed an installment to begin the project I confirmed that hey tell me the process about when would you guys assist in retaining the copyrights for my book, is it when the book is done being edited or what? He totally changed coarse stating oh we don't provide that, you'll have to do that yourself. I was livid I said from the door if you do not provide this service to let me know now before I put an installment down he reassured me that they did provide that. When I said I want a refund after now he was saying something totally different all of a sudden he switched up again and says oh no we can do that for you not a problem. I don't like to do business with a company that switches up like the weather, either you provide this service or not, that was the first red flag, because of it I stalled around and decided I was not going to give my manuscript to these people until I review this so called contract at this point I wanted my down pymt. The contract was pitiful, did not state anything they were supposed to be providing AT ALL!!!Excel Book Writing
