  I was lucky enough to partner with Excel Book Writing. I was looking to publish my personal experiences with animal rescue focusing on the love and devotion they brought into my life during a very tragic loss for me. *********************** has been there for me every step of the way. She always asks for my input and feelings on the project. I found the staff to be true professionals. I recommend Excel Book Writing to anyone wishing to publish their work.

  I have had a bad overall experience with Excel BookWriting. Its been 20 months since we started and while they published the book it turned out not to be the final version with some typos and left out sections that were fixed up on the final draft. They also promised to market the book and successfully get a number of sales or I would get my money back. They have not sold any books and they wont respond to my request for my money back. I also paid to have an audio book published in a few months. Its been 15 months and its only partially completed. They don't return my emails or calls. I have written to *************************** who signed the contracts with no response. They keep changing project managers, all of whom promise the world and never deliver. I have been exceedingly patient throughout the 20 months and I cannot understand their attitude. I have written several times to ask for my money back on the marketing and audiobooks which were not delivered and by rights I should receive my publishing money back as well because they published the wrong version. Its been h*** I would be interested in a response. Better yet I would like my money back as promised in the contract.

  Concerning the audiobook, we want to clarify that the delay has been primarily attributed to the frequent changes made to the book's content. Each alteration necessitates adjustments in the audio recording process, contributing to the extended timeline. We recognize that communication breakdowns have occurred, and we sincerely apologize for any inconvenience this has caused.
  
  As for your request for a refund, we take this matter seriously. We want to assure you that your audiobook is in the final stages of production, and you can expect to receive it within this week. Furthermore, we are committed to addressing your concerns about the marketing aspect and will work with you to find an amicable resolution.

  I have had the pleasure of working with my Project Manager ***************************** for several months. While writing my book ******* would call me every week to see how I was doing and ask how my book was coming along? If it was not for *******'s guidance and advice in helping me write my book I might not have completed it. ******* has always been there for me and though we never meet I consider him my friend.

  I began my attempt at publishing my first book by reading a book about publishing. Then I began searching for a publisher. Making the decision to have Excel guide me through the publishing process was a great choice. My initial conversation began with ***** and then later ****** and both were, first and foremost, very friendly. The second most important attribute was their patience. Last but not least, and very important to me, was that I never felt pressured at any point in the process of choosing the service that fit my goal, even though I was was a fledgling writer. They were also very informative and both validated what I'd learned from reading about publishing and what was proclaimed on Excel's website regarding the services they provide. Then along came *******, my fearless and friendly leader who also exhibited the same attributes as ***** and ******. Because ******* had to spend the most time in discussions with me, his endless supply of friendliness, support and patience made the journey better than I ever expected it was going to be. My initial thought was that I might find the publishing process overbearing and frightful, but it was just the opposite working with Excel. Everyone I came in contact with was professional, and yet they all made me feel like we were truly a team, that they were behind me 100% and striving for my goal as much as I was. I acknowledged Excel in my book and I plan to recommend them to others in the future because they all made my first experience an exciting one!

  I have found my Excel project manager, *************************, to be very helpful in responding to my questions and concerns with the whole project. He always returned my phone calls, and even though we disagreed on certain issues on how the book should be marketed, we always came to some understanding with respect of each and sometimes with compromise. I would like to work with him again if I have another book because we have come to understand each other on this journey, even though we have never met in person, we still seem to know each other.*************************

  Dear Excel Bookwriting, In this letter, I would love and sincerely thank ************************* for his devotion and patience in completing my autobiography book ( A White ********** book took longer than it expected to complete but however, due to *************************, as he is the project manager , he did a great job in explaining things with good mannerism. Additionally, if a due date was passed, he has always apologized for any inconvenience. Thistruly minimized my frustration andwould raise my spirits bar. He is an excellent communicator. He usually keeps me posted and in the loop. He is good at tracking thing, as well as handling in all parts of the project. With his presence and passion, nothing was missed or confused. He is a consderate individual with an extraordinary collaborative mind set. For all these and others,I have always been optimistic about my book and it was beautifully done.Also, in this letter I would love to highlight and thank the book editor and book cover designer. They also did an excellent job.   My Excel book publishing journey has been a bit of a roller coaster. It has taken longer than I expected . There was a project manager change midway through the process. In my case, the project managers have been kind and professional in their communication with me.There has been frequent clarifying and re- editing , but my book will be available on Amazon and ****** and ***** by the end of the week. I have also purchased an audio book version that I have been told will be started soon.

  My time using Excel to get my book edited and published was handled extremely well, *************************,my project mgr always has my answers for questions.if she didn't she check and call me back. It that was rare. We had some changes made along the way and she was always ready to help. The whole crew of the people I spoke to setting up a web page and bank connects were always informative. I'm considering a second book and and will most definitely will call them again. And I'll definitely request ****** again.
