Never again I purchased with them for 2 years and thought delays were because of pandemic. When I reopened my business I went start to them. However this time they accepted my order held my payment and it was processed never told me my order was back ordered for a month and the items are still out of stock. The replacement order arrived DIRTY and they also billed me AGAIN when that order was shipped although it was a replacement. When I called to ask why I was charged again the customer service rep decided to have an attitude and screaming match with me over the phone. Never again.Berlin Packaging Response

Thank you for your review. We're sorry to hear that we did not deliver the service you expected. While we do our best to keep popular items in stock and ready to ship, there are times when an item's inventory is depleted. Our ecommerce store is typically accurate; customers are shown the expected ship date for items in their order. Packaging items are stored in open boxes in our ecommerce warehouse. Therefore, we recommend that all packaging is cleaned by customer upon delivery. We hope that we can earn your business again in the future.Review from Chad T

Berlin Packaging in *******, via website, requires an account to make a one-time purchase, but when contacted, offers no way to delete ones account and personal information. I find that theres too much personally identifying information stolen to have extra accounts open and its only right to have the option to delete.The website uses a label of an A+ rating with BBB, so am I the only one that cares about my identifying info only being collected, potentially to be shared or stolen?Berlin Packaging Response

Berlin Packaging is absolutely the worst of the packaging companies out there. There is ALWAYS an issue with them and I hate ordering from them. I'm going through my emails and sorting them and I am reviewing the "order summery" that was auto generated a week ago. Mixed IN THE MIDDLE of the text is the following "Thank you for your order. Due to a technical issue, we will need to verify payment information for your order. Please contact *********** to verify payment details so we can release your order. We apologize for the inconvenience this has caused."A WEEK later I'm reading this IN THE ***** SUMMERY!!! It's not highlighted, it's not in bold, it's just tucked away in all the other text. Just like everything else they do, this is just one more example of how half-assed they do business. Based on the other reviews listed here, at least I know I'm not alone. I'm taking bets to see if I actually even get my order at this point. From these other reviews, it looks like a coin toss.Berlin Packaging Response

There is only a slight correlation between their website and the flyers they mail with what they actually sell. In my experience they are always in a sitution of things being temporarily out of stock when in reality for years they have never had the stock to begin with. This is not just a review of one item, this is true of multiple items. If it says in stock, it may be or it may not be, their labeling something as in stock is simply not an accurate predictor of an item being in stock. I've had items I've ordered listed as in stock that have taken six months to prove to be out of stock, when I suggested to them that they ought to take down the item from their website, they seemed surprised. They are always very friendly, however, you should not rely on an order being filled just because you were able to place the order and because it is listed as in stock.I don't know why they would send out a catalog with items they don't even sell, however, it must work on some level.Berlin Packaging Response

Thank you for this feedback. We are working to correct inventory issues caused by supply chain disruptions and site issues that *** not show the most current inventory. We have made great strides in these efforts but it sounds like we have additional room for improvement. We value your feedback and will continue to strive to be better. Horrendous ordering experience and customer service resulting in loss of ******* case/year client.I ordered one pallet of an in-stock item on their website. Very few in-stock wine bottle options, so I selected one of the few available. After two weeks of no update to shipping I reached out to customer service. I was told this product was shipping from a secondary warehouse, and I would receive an update soon. Two more weeks with no follow-up, I contact customer service again. This time I am informed that the product has been discontinued. I press them to see if there is ANYTHING they can do to rectify the situation. I am repeatedly given statements such as ": Unfortunately no. I apologize for the inconvenience I will go ahead and cancel that item and the authorization will fall off and be credited back to your credit card" and "It is listed on our website that we cannot guarantee stock and also that backordered dates are subject to change."No attempt to retain a customer, no acknowledgment of the issue. The item I ordered is STILL listed on the website (on sale, no less). You are still able to purchase a discontinued item. Then Berlin Packaging will take your $3,000 (or more) and use it as a free loan for a month. I believe they owe me some interest. I am very active in the industry, and I will recommend all to avoid this company for their packaging needs. There are many, many other reliable sources.Berlin Packaging Response
