Made purchase totaling of $681.83 on 12/3/2020. Purchase was made online and all credit card info was given to them at the time of purchase.In June 2022, received "Final Notice" from ************************************ This was the "first" notice we ever received from the bottle company although they claim it as final notice. I have made several previous online purchases over years from this company the same way, order online, provide credit card info at the time of purchase, and they ship the product.Until the "Final Notice" we never notified that there was any payment issue with the credit card given.I tried contacting them by email and tried to solve the issue however they did not provide adequate answer.While waiting for their response, received notice from their attorney (*************************, ********************** LLC P. O. Box *****, *******, ** *****) that now I owe over $1200.I have been trying to contacting them by email and phone and left message but have not received any response.I cannot get answer why I never notified from the bottle company if they had any payment issue for over 2 years prior to the "Final Notice" they sent from the collecting agency, and also I am now charged over $1200 for their mistake.Business response

30 May 2022 I placed order on Berlin Packaging website. They were the only company that listed the item I wanted as "in stock ready to ship". They have a $100 minimum so I had to order an extra $50+ worth of stuff just to checkout. Within a day they had shipped the items I ordered to meet the minimum to checkout. The next week I contacted them to find out where the main stuff I wanted was and they said it was on backorder.I asked for a refund and they said I had to return the packages to their distributors. They provided a return label for both packages and I returned them the next day (June 13). ***** provided delivery confirmation.I filed a chargeback and they replied to the credit card company that they sent the merchandise and had never returned it. I responded with delivery confirmation showing their distributors had received the merchandise. 21 July 2022 I was notified from the credit card company that they told the credit card company the proof of return from ***** was invalid! So they got back all the merchandise and kept all the money.Business response

I am rejecting this response because:The business response doesn't address the issue. It just says they will address the issue through other means (customer care, etc) which has already proven not successful. The business has all the information they need to validate and resolve this issue. They will either choose to refund the money, or they will not. No additional phone calls or emails are needed for that.

I orders 6 cases of bottles from this company 3 cases of 2oz bottles and 3 cases of 4 oz. bottles on April 21st both in stock . I had to call berlin because I didn't put the correct shipping for residential, they had to add 86.00 dollars for a lift gate which I was okay with. The lady I spoke with said all of it was in stock then all of a sudden the 4 oz. bottles were out of stock and only half my order was shipped but I got charged not just pending charges for my whole order but never received the other half , called to cancel the bottles that were out of stock , representative said that was fine gave me a new invoice , called again because they already charged me 3 separate charges, just random amounts. I finally got a email from a case response team , they refunded me 86.00, that not what should be refunded. I told them I would be disputing the charges and they can then send me a invoice of what I actually owe. I am disputing on Monday and I have given them enough chances.Business response
