Complaint August 14, 2026 | USA Models/MAPS, REMOVEDI believe I was pressured into purchasing an approximately $4,000 modeling package through misleading statements. I was told, brands and agencies will recognize our name, it holds weight, and that I could start booking modeling jobs within about a week. I understood these statements to mean the package would help me advance in modeling and obtain work.I specifically asked for a day to think about spending approximately $4,000, but I was told I had to decide that day. I felt pressured to make the purchase without adequate time to consider it.The contract was presented electronically. The salesperson summarized the contract, controlled the mouse, and directed me where to click and sign rather than giving me time to independently review the full agreement and fine print. I understood that the contract stated they were not an agency and did not find jobs for models.I acknowledge that I signed the agreement. My complaint concerns the misleading representations, pressure to purchase, and circumstances surrounding my signing, which I believe influenced my decision to enter into the agreement.

On 7/23/26, "REMOVED" promised a $50 test shoot for my minor daughter, guaranteeing physical photos that day and job submissions. On 8/7/26, the photographer confirmed we'd leave with photos. Rep REMOVEDpromised an agency casting portal link upon payment. However, the contractsuppressed until post-checkoutomits placement tools and explicitly disclaims representation.REMOVEDescalated charges to $399. She showed distorted photo previews, claiming basic editing required an extra $799, contradicting the contract stating retouching is free. They gave conflicting delivery timelines: same-day, 24 hours, 3-4 weeks, and 3 business days. Their 3-day window expired today, 8/10/26. Zero links were delivered to my inbox, spam, or trash. They emailed my receipt at 12:34 PM on 8/7/26, proving they had my correct email, but withheld the contract until I demanded it at 1:43 PM. post-checkout, they appended unagreed $4,000 liabilities and an unauthorized monthly autopay starting 8/30/26, despite REMOVEDagreeing payments wouldn't start until 9/30/26.I never authorized saving my $50 deposit card online, but on 8/7 REMOVEDdisclosed it was saved. Paying the $399 balance, I gave no consent to store my card ending in 7335, yet an email confirmed it was saved for future billing. REMOVEDalso took unauthorized digital photos of my payment card and government ID.I issued disputes in-person, via email, text, and an 8/10 call with "REMOVED," who falsely claimed images were emailed days ago. I demand a full $450 refund, contract nullification, removal of all saved cards, and destruction of my ID and card photos.
