Im extremely disappointed with my experience with this company. Despite being enrolled in autopay and never missing a single payment, the information they reported to the credit bureaus was completely incorrect. The statements they sent me did not match what they reported, and they falsely marked my account as suspended for non-payment. My account was never suspendedin fact, they increased my credit limit during the same month. When I sent a formal letter requesting that they correct their misinformation, they responded via email by saying they would take no action. I had to file disputes myself with Experian, **********, and Equifax and provide all of my own evidence in order to challenge their inaccurate ************ make matters worse, they suddenly began withdrawing funds from my account twice a month instead of once, without explanation or authorization. After dealing with these issues repeatedly and getting nowhere, I finally closed my account and opened a new line of credit with another institution.Moral of the story: In my opinion, even though this company serves millions, they are not trustworthy for long-term business, line of credit. Their practices become questionable once youre an established customer. In my opinion, ***** be aware and proceed with caution.

I was in a bad financial spot back in May. I rcvd $5500 loan. I was in a hurry (MY FAULT) and didn't read fully my loan terms and conditions. I noticed I'm being charged an APR of 57.7%! My credit is now in a much better spot but I can't refinance this loan, as they don't allow it. I pay bi-weekly pmts of $239.88. I made the MISTAKE of paying an extra $239.88 pmt one week to get ahead of the next pmt b/c I knew I would be short. Instead of them applying to the next pmt, it went towards the BALANCE of my loan,so I still owed that next pmt. I tried to see if there was anything I could do b/c I wouldn't have ANY money for that pmt. I had to defer that pmt, which stacked that pmt on the next pmt date,so now 2 pmts were due on that date, which almost makes it 100% impossible for people in this situation to make both pmts. All I wanted to do was pay an extra pmt so I didn't have to worry about coming up with that money w/in the next 2 wks, but instead, I had to take anxiety meds to calm my nerves when I was told that I STILL had to make that pmt after just paying them double! NetCredit is definitely a predatory and exploitative loan shark that prey on the needy consumer. It's a vicious cycle that I'm stuck in until I pay them off, because there's NO way to make any headway with extra pmts unless you can afford to double up on pmts that will only go towards the ending balance. This is deception at it's finest I was the stupid one who didn't read the fine print. It wasn't even made clearly known to me until the end. I am seeking legal help on this b/c I'm in ******* and they have charged me that high of an APR for this. If you are in need of money-borrow it from family, sell something-RUN as far from NetCredit as possible. You will regret it. Emergency situations are preyed upon by NetCredit and they offer big amts, tell us we're approved, and charge these high fees. Then charge big fees which make our total balance grow even bigger when we fall behind for any reason.

This company is a HIGH interest loan that charges such awful fees only $100 out of a $300 payment goes to the balance. THEY make it so you cannot ever get the balance paid down. They misrepresented what the payments would be. They take it out twice a month and when you ask them to make it one payment, it takes 3 billing cycles to change the frequency of payments. This is fraud and they lie to you. They also sell your phone number to their other fraudulent loan companies so you get multiple calls a day from different numbers for other loans. They are NOT A GOOD BUSINESS TO BORROW FROM. THIS IS FRAUD AND MISREPRESENTATION.

This company feels like a scam unfortunately. I submitted every document asked of me, including pay stubs, verified all of my personal info etc and they told me they could not approve my loan due to not being able to verify my income! Even though I submitted multiple pay stubs! Looks like after reading similar complaints, I am not the only one with this issue.

Makes sense they are not accredited with the BBB! After reading these reviews, Im glad they denied me! But to explain further, I submitted every single request they had in that long list of documents needed. And they had the nerve to deny me with the reason that they could not verify my identity! But whatever Im glad I didnt go with them after reading all of these reviews. Sounds like they are POSs anyway.!

Run away! This company is the absolute worst. I've paid over $800 on my line of credit and have only reduced the principal by $50. This is due in part to their deceptive business practices with their online portal. The due date in the portal is often incorrect. I will schedule a payment for the due date shown on the statement and in the portal and then receive calls stating I missed a payment and have a missed payment reported to credit before the posted due date even passes. Do not use them under any circumstances. It will destroy your credit, even if you are paying according to their posted due dates!

Immediately I emailed their support and told them I would be filling a complaint with the **********************, they responded back with they would be passing this matter to someone who could help and that was another lie... ********************** C/O NetCredit continue to flood my email with loan offers...
