Ordered a tailgate sander from Zoro because Zoro it was listed to ship in two days. It has been eight days and it hasn't shipped yet. Contacted zoro multiple times and they keep responding with they will notify me when it ships.Business Response

I am rejecting this response because: Zoro emailed me Thursday December 5th stating the package has shipped with *****. I called ***** and they said a shipping label was created but nobody scheduled the package to be picked up by *****, they do not have the package even though Zoro states it has shipped. I called Zoro Friday the 6th, spoke to customer service, they told me the package will ship Friday the 6th.The package was never shipped. They have made several false claims.

I ordered a tool from Zoro.com online paying with ******. It was ordered on August 30, 2024. It did not ship until November 12, 2024. Because of the over two months to ship, ******'s authorization for payment expired. Zoro emailed me an invoice, which I payed with a check, the check was cashed by **** and my bank paid the check. After this Zoro is sending me past due emails for the same amount that has already been paid. To dispute their bill I am supposed to click on a link in the email. This opens a nonfunctioning webpage with my correct invoice number, but the page doesn't work you can't do anything on it. I have replied to the email telling Zoro this has already been paid, but haven't heard back from them.Business Response

I purchased this item from them on 11/8/24 and everything seemed okay from there. And I received a notification that it was shipped on 11/11/24 and that was the last piece of info I got until I made contact with the company on 11/14/24 on order status and they stated that I received and someone signed for it but I was not at home and I was not notified on any delivery date. And I spoke with the zoro about the situation and the gentleman I was speaking to stated they have been dealing with that error on there website for quite some time. So it was nothing new to them and I requested to speak to a supervisor and he refused so resend the item .when I was not at fault I had no idea it was being delivered yet. And they have been extremely rude to me. Im very disappointed with this establishment and I hope they could make it right .Business Response

I am rejecting this response because: packages being delivered could be signed by anyone. Im very disappointed in the company efforts to help me with this situation. This was a fault on there end when they had trouble providing updated shipping information. They have sent me a email stating there is nothing wrong with there website but the gentleman helping me from there team. Told me it has been happing for quite some time. So I would think the company being a professional business will resolve that matter so customers are satisfied and protected so they wouldnt have to go through the situation Im going trough At the moment.

I was convinced to invest here by a friend I met on ******, Her name was ***** ( now I know she could be anyone else). At first everything was going on well until I requested for withdrawal, thats when the nightmare started I had to put in more money before I could withdraw. Then came the unending taxes; I was fined and taxed for various reasons. There was always a reason why I couldnt take out my money. I was tired of everything and began looking for help. Since all the payments I made were through cryptocurrencies, my local police could not help me. Defected from manufacturer bearings I received were cocked. They sent me a replacement set and they were just as bad if not worse. I am doing a job and have to install tomorrow. I told him I would send two of them back but the other two I needed to pay a machinist to fix. They told me they can only, give me 15% back on the order, which is ridiculous considering that I have to pay a machinist to fix these which is gonna cost a lot more, but I have no other options.
